Am I the only one who was actually able to "snap out of it" you might say that I was never even depressed if I was able to snap out of it, but how would you know? I would be able to do the same thing to you and say "well the fact that you´re concious of your depression shows that you´re lazy" the mind is the most powerful tool we have, and god gave it to us for a reason. The mind is much stronger than you think, to the point that you can manipulate yourself, lie to yourself and become delusional. Either you use that to your advantage and become the most powerful version of yourself, or you use that to manipulate yourself to think that its ok the be fat, or lazy, or depressed, or anxious and be a faliure. you probably choise the 2nd option, because its easier. But is it really worth it, is it worth it to not work at all to feel like you´re a nobody and wana kill yourself everyday? of course you want to kill yourself, because you´re not doing what you really want. If you just look at yourself in the mirror, you will be able to get really deep in your thoughts and inner self, and you´l realise some real shit.
