With those drain plug holes that you installed you could use a air compressor and blow nozzle to pressurize the hull and maybe hear where air comes out to seal up and combat the water that gets in

Do you know where the water is coming from? Can you separate the deck from the hull & reseal it?

I do not know where the water is coming from. It is a 2 piece boat that is attached by a "band" and then riveted together. Thing is the boat would have to be submerged under this band in order to get in which you would see because it would be in my opinion dangerously close to the water level and I keep an eye out for that cause I'm a really big guy and we have this boat at max if not over as it is. It seems to be a common problem with these types of boat. I had thought of drilling out the rivets removing the band "gluing" the 2 pieces together and reinstalling the band and re riveting and sealing the rivets but that would be a lot of work and the boat does flex right much so not sure how good it would hold. Thought it would be easier just installing these and dumping it ever time we get out of the water. You would think if it was such a problem they would install these anyway but I guess its $$ to them when they can just pass the problem on to the consumer.
