Really interesting to see the different running forms of Flanagan and Cragg side by side. Also interesting seeing Shalane is a heel striker whereas Amy is a forefoot runner.

seems to me... good genetics (more slow twitch muscle mix), high VO2max, massive amounts of training, total dedication, innate competitiveness and love for running.
@@rvborgh Also, brain chemistry. I have that. I am in shape compared to 95% of the population because I run 7 miles a day in 60 minutes, five days a week. But, I'm 62 and work at a desk job. So, I am actually out of shape for a runner and have a gut. I literally could run twice a day if I didn't work. Westminster, CO. X-Boulder person.

Those are the Nike Zoom Elite 8's. If you plan on getting them and using them as trainers, make sure they are the 8th version. The Nike Zoom Elite 9 has turned into more of a racing flat.

The product is called the R8 Roller. We sell them at our store at Fleet Feet, but I am assuming most running stores have it. I have one and it is amazing, but it is $120 so you can decide whether the investment is worth it.

Once you go too deep into oxygen debt early in a race you are blown. You can't recover. On another note, imagine if she and Pre could have a child! OMG!
