Could not get the turn signals to fade in and out, or adjust brightness. I was able to set the strobe.... I tried for a half an hour.

I know this comment is a year old, but for anybody else who had trouble like me and this guy had: Put in programming while the bike is in accessory mode, not ignition on. That worked for my 21 RK after an hour of frustration.

I INSTALLED AND SUCCESSFULLY PROGRAMMED A LOAD EQUALIZER AND TRIPLE-PLAY MODULE! WORKS JUST FINE WHEN BIKE IS PARKED BUT AFTER EVEN A SHORT RIDE, THE BRAKE LIGHT STOPS WORKING! I HAVE TURN SIGNALS AND RUNNING LIGHTS, JUST NO BRAKE LIGHT (ON FRONT OR REAR LEVERS)! COULD IT BE A HEAT ISSUE CAUSING THIS?? BOTH MODULES ARE SITTING IN THE SPACE BESIDE THE BATTERY! IT'S A 2007 STREET GLIDE! JUST NEED A NUDGE IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO TROUBLESHOOT!

We’re sorry to hear you’re having some trouble after installing the Load Balancing SMART Triple Play®! That module doesn’t produce any heat and has built in short circuit protection so I wouldn’t expect heat to be causing the issue you’re seeing with the brake function. However, we’re happy to help you troubleshoot! To start, are you able to confirm that with the module removed from the bike, the brake function is operational once again (center taillight goes high intensity for brake and rear turn signals operate as turn signals only, no run or brake, as they did stock)? Once you confirm that detail, please give us a call at 1-800-382-1388 (Normal Business Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm EST Monday - Thursday; Closed Noon - 1pm & 9:30am - 5:30pm EST Friday; Closed Noon - 1pm).
