- How can it be ? A tail light that is seen from the side ? This is impossible physics ! Actually it is possible thanks to the special design of the Custom Dynamics Pro Beam Low Profile Tail light for the Harley Davidson Low Rider ST.
A quick install and comparison with the OEM Harley light that comes on the bike. Harley designed and built a great tail light - but Custom Dynamic designed an even better one !

You cannot go wrong with Custom Dynamics Pro Beams, running their taillights and tour Pak lights on my 19 Tri Glide, very bright and will be noticed. Also, running their strobe brake light controllers as well.

Looks great. Try the 2 to1 exhaust next. I did it on my street glide and it made more power I did use a tuner and had it dyno but I think there is still a benefit even it's not tuned right away. You would have to make sure you have a high flow filter to accommodate it. Guessing that's what they call stage 1 with you having the 117 I wouldn't go messing with the cam or anything you have plenty of power to unlock in that motor

Had CD's tail light, and it literally fell off as I was riding. Had it for 10 months, and it actually came off of housing. I called CD for this but no luck for me to cover under warranty.
Custom dynamics light are great but if being seen at 90 degrees is your biggest point the people neat are lousy driver if they don't notice bike but have to catch small taillight
I had one of those. It broke. Almost immediately. Then they replaced it. Then the bike broke. Replaced the Harley with an Indian. Been happy ever since. Don't buy a used and maybe sketchy Harley. Buy new. Warranty.
Magic strobe lights are one of the most annoying things I've ever seen. I hate them.
I feel like seeing the tail light from the side is a false selling point. I feel like it was a happy accident, based on their design, and now people are discussing it as if it is some advantage. Can you see your car tail lights from the same angle?
I’m not selling the lights. Just pointing out what I observed: brighter , more visible from all around. If CD had intentionally designed it like this or it just happened by mistake - it doesn’t really change the facts ..👍🏻
