yeah especially when you watched it before it was taken down, it was just him talking to the girl asking if she's ok with them being intimate and she says yes how often are you gonna ask yada yada; jameskii and the girl are going around reporting every video on youtube that questions any of their claims, this now deleted portion of the video was secretly recorded by twomad on the same day she claims she was SA'd, which jameskii and the girl didn't know until they saw it themselves this is all damage control for jameskii's initial tweet with all those claims he can't back up. after knowing that the girl was purposefully looking to meet up with people tagged as "streamers" on tinder (how she met twomad) it all pretty much falls into place. they will eventually get what they deserve

fr some people might think that his slow talking during some of the interviews was for comedic effect. it was not. i've heard addicts talk like that before. it's literal brain rot in spoken form.
As someone who used to be a close friend of his from 2017-2020, I just want to state that Twomad chose to be alone. He had plenty of close friends early in his career that he kept abusing and pushing away. He wasn't always like that. He used to play games with us, hang out in VC, have some deep conversations. Eventually he just stopped doing that and became much more colder, inconsiderate, and completely unreasonable. I don't know if he was or wasn't on drugs during that time since he didn't really talk about it (other than weed), but in the end he pushed all of us away.
Yea depression does that to a mf fr, had a friend push everyone else away in his life before he committed. Bottom line is you aren’t that person so you have no idea what’s going on in their head. They may look happy and cheerful but only they know what they are feeling behind closed doors. I wanna make it clear I’m not defending two mad either. We don’t know what actions he committed and what actions he didn’t. With no proof it’s hard to swing in either direction.
In my case years ago it was paranoia, depression, betrayal. 😀 All at the same time when I was 18, right now only my genetic predisposition to paranoia remains. But yeh, even without drugs you can become your own worst enemy.
What a surprise! Someone in an addiction and depression refusing help! I mean come on i think it is kinda obvious that he would never accept help because that is how sadly things go down, and of course nobody is pointing fingers at you for not making a whole world just to help him but saying that he "chose to be alone" is the same as saying "he wanted to be addicted and ill", it simple is not true and it was just a slow result of his many problems :/
honestly, dying alone to an overdose while playing overwatch, days pass by and nobody bothered to check on you, no matter what kind of person you are that is a very sad way to go.

@@AL-kd8gj It was about a 5 minute video that had twomad and goldibell (you never see them in the video as it is always pointed at the ceiling) talking supposedly on the day where he allegedly sexually assaulted her, it was a good insight to their dynamic and how twomad treated her. What's funny is is that video was only them talking and nothing graphic happened.
As an alcoholic fool who's gotten over dxm addiction and a bad weed addiction, I really connect with this. I have been down and back, and being addicted to something, it makes you into a person you are disgusted with. I'm sure if twomad saw the person he had become, even if had joked about it and memed his situation, deep inside he'd hate who he had become. I do miss the rage.
Ive watched tom for awhile now, and I knew he was a good investigator. But I never realized how good of an interviewer he was. Insanely good at phrasing accusatory questions without offending twomad. Like literally no one else has gotten him to talk.

Believing I was merely an alien who tried desperately to coexist with other humans was agonizing to the soul. I'm still going to high school until it finishes in a month from now and believe that school is the only form of human connection, though a sliver, I get to experience. When Highschool finishes, I truly believe that I'll spiral out of control just like twomad did. I can hope for a better future, but I know my fate

This whole situation reminds me of Etika, and how social media can seriously degrade one's mental health. Just like twomad, Etika was a once loved content creator with a loyal fanbase, but soon got into trouble. Also like twomad, Etika's fanbase watched as his mental health deteriorated, and many watched in amusement and mocked him as he continued to descend further into the abyss. This continued until he ended up getting into legal trouble, and eventually, he took his own life. Before he left us, he wanted those of us to take his death as a warning of the harmful effects of social media, and what constant clout chasing and the desire to appease fans can turn you into. This is something we as viewers and content creators need to realize. You should never feel the need to change yourself to appease others, especially for a bunch of anonymous internet users who have no idea who you actually are as a person and only care to get a quick laugh and keep scrolling.

The lesson from this is that everybody can become a death of desperation and it's sad. Bro was out of pocket for sure, but also deeply insecure and hurting. Been clean for 1,5 year of booze and 1 year of hard drugs.
Twomad gives me Bojack Horseman vibes, He's his own worst enemy, he's done some really shitty things and was the cause of his own spiral, the difference being that Twomad didn't have people close to him trying to get him the help he clearly needed but it's also not the responsibility of those who knew him to get him to get help. At the end of the day it was his responsibility to get better, it was his actions that caused people to hate him. He hurt people, he seethed, he pitied himself. He was a complicated person who most people if any, will never truly understand. I think that the response to his death was extreme, it was a 23 year old who died to young, due to Overdosing. There is no evidence to show that Twomad was a R**ist or a pe**phile and I think that people celebrating his death like he was the worst person alive is low. You're stooping to a sadistic level, I know people in my personal life who are much worse than what people claim Twomad to be. I can't fathom celebrating the death of someone. It's definitely easier for people to do over a screen as there is a disconnect, but at the end of the day this was someone who could've made amends and gotten sober and become better, and lived for decades more. Parents lost their child, I couldn't imagine how horrible it must feel trying to understand and grieve over a child while half the large amount of people who knew him were celebrating his death the moment it was public knowledge. People should stop blowing things out of proportion and taking sides before all parties involved get to speak. It's nobody's business in the first place, so if you feel like you are deserving of knowing information and taking sides, the parties involved deserve to have unbiased spectators before making judgement using evidence given. It's like the gumball dream situation, everyone just immediately decided that dream was a ped**hile before he even had the chance to speak and disprove the faked evidence. If people treated you the way you treated content creators online, only then would you realize how unfair and demanding the court of public opinion is.
TLDR: Twomad was shitty but not as horrible as people made him out to be. Stop sticking your noses in beef and taking sides before both parties have ample time to speak and provide evidence and defend themselves. Try to be more empathetic towards people, before hating.
TLDR TLDR: Twomad sucks, but not as bad as people thought. Stop getting involved in other peoples controversy, let people speak before making decisions about them.

The last half hour of this video is so important and paints Jameskii as a pretty blatantly paranoid guy who made up just as much of what he said about Twomad as the parts that we can all see were true. I'm sad all the context of the rest of the video had to be layed out first since I don't think the people who will most need to see the important stuff will have the attention span to sit through the rest of it.
Thanks for telling the whole story in the most unbiased way you could despite the allegations both post passing and before. I think he was a very good comedian who had undiagnosed mental illness no doubt due to fallacy in our mental health system and got lost in the sauce due to drugs and otherwise. Rest in peace to Bro. May he redeem himself in the next life. And may people let him rest in peace and not be swayed by the media to demonize his time here.
He should have been found to need to help regardless of whether he knew how real he needed it. I believe he was and is misunderstood. He obviously grew up lonely and found fame through his own ingenuity and then found that he was still lonely. He was given addicting drugs when he tried to find help and that stimulation transformed into substance abuse. He was probably misdiagnosed and under-helped in his treatment. He used his situation to fuel his comedic irony and to produce content to make other laugh and know it was okay and fucking hilarious to be the weird kid… it’s just that his irony of life seemed to have progressed into a fantasy with death as his addiction and or mental illnesses progressed. He was a smart man dealt a weird hand and unfortunately was not ready for The world to fuck him anally the way it did. I pray that those who are and were inspired by his charisma when he was himself are not swayed by his life’s trajectory and are able to keep the inspiration and passion he had for his life when he was happy to be in it. It is a sad sight to see, especially for the first time. But, unfortunately it isn’t as uncommon as you may think, though our system makes it seem so. I witnessed my step mother have a schizophrenic breakdown as a young kid and it isn’t something you can understand with rational thoughts, as it’s unrational in nature. You have to know that it was out of his or anyone’s control lest he was medicated and helped early through his breakdown and even then he most likely would have taken years to recover. I think his jokes of schizophrenia are more than jokes and I suspect he did have a schizo-affective or personality disorder which progressed into a breakdown due to drugs or not in which he lost himself. Rest in peace. His pain is no joke and his stable soul will get a chance to redeem itself.
Twomad was a genuinely unhinged person who needed a lot of help and likely hurt a lot of people, physically or otherwise. But all of these vague, unsupported allegations undermine anything he actually did since that now can be lumped together with the unsupported implications. As for James, I think it started as him genuinely believing there were crimes being committed, but now he can’t accept that it wasn’t as bad as he thought. So now James has to keep escalating to justify his own crusade against someone who can no longer defend himself, even though Twomad’s supposed victims are saying the allegations are false. All bad people all around, and I genuinely hope James gets the help Twomad didn’t.

@@brxcket He made millions of people laugh because he was a funny dude. He also didn't keep a dungeon full of kids or kidnap women to keep them in his garage while doing it. Given the standards of the entertainment industry, historically speaking, that's well above board. What else do you think a "good person" qualifies as? Because you don't personally find him funny, he's bad? Because he pulled practical pranks on Zoom, he was bad? He'd probably agree, but compared to where he worked (entertainment), it wasn't just tame: it was actually in line with standup comedy. Gilbert Gottfried mocked 9/11 in a club, less than a month after it happened, in downtown Manhattan. Calling a trans* girl a "girlfriend" might be "too soon" I guess, but it's certainly not beyond the pale for blue comedy. Watched it already, and I’ll say what I said again, this was prolly the realest turkey man video I’ve seen, the level of effort and the obvious emotional connection to the story made for my favorite piece by Tom. It’s really evident now that the internet as we have known it is changing so drastically that it’s unrecognizable compared to what it once was, with the downfall of so many creators through their own means or through the platforms they’ve used neutering them, or just some of the great ogs retiring from the internet as a whole is just so sad, we are at the end of an era. But idk this new ones got some cool stuff too, jynxi, casoh, Kai, sketch, and some of the other guys like them are taking the torch building themselves to be the ogs of future generations, it’s not really a bad thing but watching it all happen and thinking back to good old days while doing so is just so so so surreal and sad and honestly gut wrenching seeing some of these guys fall so hard, but I hold hope this new era can evolve into something as cool as the last one.✌️💙

I appreciate y’all’s comments a lot bc they’re thoughts I heavily agreed with, being alone during a mental unraveling is terrifying to me and the future being unknown is also a slight fear I have, but the hoping for a better future is so much stronger than both of those fears and I believe we all should have something like that pushing us forward. Being a predator is not "shitty behavior" it's being a predator. But there are obviously reasons why it occurred the way it did and its sad for anyone to go through addiction and have no support system. But I think it's weird to excuse or sugarcoat his behavior at the end of the video when there are real victims on the other side of it who will have permanent psychological damage due to his actions. Just because he had influence and made good content doesn't mean he would treat any of us differently than those in the vid. I mean no harm but if the girl in the vid was your daughter, sister, friend, cousin etc... I'm not too sure you would see him in the same light as the lonely struggling young kid who just needed a friend.

He was extremely shitty and his actions and undefendable. I don’t think they’re trying to say he was right or defend him, but a young kids death, before they ever have the chance to mature, is sad. Maybe you would celebrate watching someone slowly rot away in their room with the only thing they know being fentanyl and overwatch but I believe that’s sickening
Dude, it's obvious James and/or Goldi has something to do with your original video being taken down. Henry had these two bastards going after him once he realized these two were lying when he got the court documents! With Goldi, she portrays herself as this innocent person when people are looking into the story so she and James convinced them to side with them, but then shows their true colors while they go out of their way to report videos that are against them. Maybe the real reason why people hardly talked about this case, nor do any research on it, is because they are either heavily biased and favors James or they are afraid of him.
@@missswiss2464 They're basically trying to hide everything now knowing not every creator, big or small, believes their BS! When I was watching all of Henry's videos and live streams about this drama, he used to be against Twomad until he noticed something was up when James reached out to him for the first time when he was making anti-Twomad videos; but then his attitude switched and being extremely upset towards Henry when he started doing research on it. Then suddenly most of Henry's Twomad videos/live streams got taken down due to "privacy complaints". Bro's got the text messages/emails receipts between him, James, and Goldi if you want to know. He's been on this since Twomad's death.
As far as anyone can tell, the reason James hates Twomad as much as he does, is because Twomad called him Russian. Which he is. James is just absolutely ashamed of being Russian.
I remember I started watching his content when he was still doing the OW edits, cuz it was right about when I started playing the game. Extremely sad that he passed so young, even if he wasn't a good person or had major issues, I wish we could've seen him turn it all around and redeem himself.
@@D-1307 Nah, actual psychopaths are uncannily inhuman. Twomad was just a broken person, who went down the path of taking drugs, mix them together and you have a recipe for someone to do some truly awful shit.
Twomad went through the downwards spiral that I've seen happen a few times and sadly, its extremely hard to stop. Someone with poor social literacy encounters a problem in their life they are completely unequipped to handle, in this instance, addiction. Both drugs and social media. They desperately need help and support from people but their actions and behaviours hurt those close to them. They push away their support structure because they do not know how to interact with it properly. Over time, they erode what friendships they have and their problem begins to take over their life. Helping them is practically impossible, they don't even know how to accept help. They're too old to parent (I.E. you can't just take the drugs off him) and their smart enough to float the line of the law, meaning the police can do very little too. Being close to a person like that is nothing but sheer hell. They will hurt you, they will abuse you, they will make you feel awful and leave you with the question "Do they even deserve me help at this point?". Every attempt to drag them out of their hole ends with you being damaged by them. They will do to ever person who tries. You'll agonise over it because you can have brilliant times with them, they were your friend at some point, but their bad social development leads to them damaging the friendship over time. It mostly ends the same. Prison or death. Rarely, they'll have someone in their life who refuses to give up on them, no matter the personal cost. Usually a parent. But the sheer level of patience required but its out of reach of all but the most dedicated, caring people. Twomad was not lucky enough to have someone like that in his life. He hurt and pushed everyone away with his own behaviour. Self-inflicted though it may be, its tragic as hell. May he RIP.

I don't know if he was or wasn't on drugs during that time since he didn't really talk about it (other than weed), but in the end he pushed all of us away.
damnnn...
Unfortunately that's extremely common with depression AND drug abuse. Even when people *do* reach out, it's not always wanted

I didn't know Twomad's videos. When he passed away, I saw it in the news and stuff. I am glad this is up again, as this is very comprehensive of the whole situation
The last half hour of this video is so important and paints Jameskii as a pretty blatantly paranoid guy who made up just as much of what he said about Twomad as the parts that we can all see were true. I'm sad all the context of the rest of the video had to be layed out first since I don't think the people who will most need to see the important stuff will have the attention span to sit through the rest of it.
or even care lol "he was a rapist pedophile" like these people really telling me they dont know anything about the situation without telling me
Thanks for telling the whole story in the most unbiased way you could despite the allegations both post passing and before. I think he was a very good comedian who had undiagnosed mental illness no doubt due to fallacy in our mental health system and got lost in the sauce due to drugs and otherwise. Rest in peace to
Bro.
He was a smart man dealt a weird hand and unfortunately was not ready for
The world to fuck him anally the way it did.
He never hurt anyone, those were all lies

Everything about this is sad. I work with young guys in their twenties who struggle with drugs and mental health issues. They often have histories of abuse of their own and all three issues lead to really dark places. These guys were actually the ones who told me about his Zoom hijack videos and it’s some of the funniest content I’ve ever seen. Hurt people hurt people. Obviously it doesn’t absolve anything he did. Seeing this for the first time, well
1. James looks like a sketchy asshole and the reason for this almost r/thathappen level stories are concerning, and the people celebrating his death were, while somewhat I get it, are rather disguisting in their own right
2. Personally while I pity Twomad, as someone who for a long time has also felt alone, tbh is also rather difficult to feel all that mad when he did almost everything to alienate himself from others. Is frustrating how he took everything like a meme, even legitimate concerns. You could argue is because of the drugs, but is still rather gratting. He needed someone to metaphorically and literally slapped him back to reality, but he did his darnest to avoid that

@brxcket good person or not he was someone who was struggling and very clearly needed help, he was 23 and deeply disturbed, his content provided joy to hundreds of thousands if not millions of people, and as someone who struggles with many mental illnesses and loneliness myself I relate to him deeply. There were so many clear cries for help that were just brushed off and made into jokes. Wherever he has found himself beyond the life he lived I hope he is able to find peace.
It's ribald, crass, and lacking in taste but it's also perfectly cromulent comedy.
That doesn't make him bad though. By the standards of the entertainment industry, and especially L.A., twomad was a perfectly stand up, moral person. By the standards of normal people, he was a crass, but funny, dude with a nasty drug habit and some emotional issues.
Time is scary. New things are strange and we need to adapt, but this one was really painful to watch. I totally agree with your comment. Also it's really sad how alone he was.. It's one of my worst nightmares and he went through it. What he did was not okay, but to be this lonely in life. Damn that must have been hell
It gives me hope for the world that the "new gen" of streamers and youtubers all seem like genuine people that enjoy what they do. If even a fraction of their positive influence can rub off onto their viewers, I think there might yet be hope for humanity 😁
Be a proponent of a new better internet of the future. Cool mf beans man.

May he RIP.
