fuck, i don't know.... probably teacher teacher.... but i can't stop with home back lately and introspection, the notes are fucking so authentic.... but the song i've been listening to most lately is this one....call me a symbol, that fucking dissonant structure of the second half, i can't get enough
however, if you remove the vocals, it's words of wisdom.... here is the playthrough that shows what i mean

Toss up. I find myself playing Perrenial and I Speak Astronomy the most. I often find myself looking for live versions from them too. Their audio tech is a superstar with how clean their live performances sound.

If you want some awesome auxiliary high hat action.... DEFINITELY check out their songs "Pit of Consciousness" and "On the Top" both live in Kiev. You'll love them both! Can't wait to see you react to those videos!!

Napalm records posted a drum playthrough for their song Wallflower yesterday. They got some really good shots of this set at this time

I believe he said in an interview that he only uses the auxiliary hi hat with his foot

Thank you for this Bryan, I’m fascinated by how he sets up his kit. Be well.

Vlad just realised a drum playthrough for this. Even though you’ve obviously heard the song, I’d love to see you react to the playthrough and hear your thoughts 😊 🤘🏻

I like your excitement and knowledge when discussing the drum techniques. I'll have to pour over some of your other reactions but I'll link a couple drum playthroughs I think would be great to react too if you haven't yet. Nice video.

Nathan, thank you so very much for the kind words and support- I appreciate the crap out of it 🤓 I will add those two clips into my folder of things to react to and hopefully get to it in good time, love being shown new songs and bands - thank you again and I hope you're having an amazing weekend. Be well.

Watch 8.20min of your video, I think he is adding some rhythm accents or fills with the hi hat. It has just a small range, but I think that's it. There are some other songs he does so...

Balance audio mic is now much better. The moment you showed the drawing and moved the mic a bit further the distortion on your voice got less and it sounded better.
There is some reverb but that is expected with the room your using.

And I thank you - I did play about with the mic a bit this morning and was hopeful it would come out better, and if I’m not mistaken you and others have given me tips on how to improve it and I have to thank you a bunch 🤓 The room has little soft or gentle angles so it’s a bit echo-ish. Again, thank you and be well.
