Very important thing that I forgot to tell you was you may sometimes feel nausea after Whey 80 (not Whey 90). The hack I use is eating half a handful of almonds right after Whey 80. Another thing, If you follow my diet plan then everyday you'll have to eat 2 handfuls of almonds and walnuts as well.
