Increasing Protein Intake, as far I know, will help you a little bit in Bulking... Carbs play the key factor here...but there's an issue in increasing Carbs...Ustaad Sir explained this very clearly... So, just do your workout... Never go for any quick fix...

Bhai Mera trainer carbs avoid krne bolta h and I'm in bulking phase and taking around 100gm carbs 120gm protien and 50gm of fat and my weight is 123lbs , he told me why to bulk with carbs if Atlast u have to cut the carbs , he's more focusing on muscle gaining is it okay? Please reply brother

Salam bro nice video yet another time.. but there is a slight confusion.. referring the 3rd example.. how come someone with enabiolics and competitive person would gain the same amount of muscle mass as someone who is a natty.? On enabiolics with in 12 months you said 10 lbs of muscle mass is considered to be a good number. Where as you said the same for a natty,6 months equals 5 lbs ? Please elaborate a bit more.. thanks...
Walaikum Assalam Umar, a very good question indeed.
In Example 1, the guy is a Newbie which means he'll gain the most in his 1st year. After 1st year, he'll gain at a comparatively slower pace.
In Example 3, the guy is a Pro Bodybuilder and experienced (say 4 years) so he gained 10 lbs in the Bulking phase (6 months). On Cutting, he may gain additional 2-3 pounds, so adding to the total will get him to 12 pounds in 10 months, which I believe is a pretty good gains with Enhancements
