Been following his career from the UK. Fantastic athlete! The sport will be poorer without him. Thanks for putting this together. What's the soundtrack?
this is like one of those "remembered athletes" video, but you don't need to remember him since he's still out there showing the world what h e's got. When I watch this video I can just hear him saying "when the bison turns on turbo"
he does look inefficient with his torso motion but if you look at his legs he has an amazing stride, especially compared to the other guys in the last video they all look like they're sprinting already while he's just kicking into high gear
If nick had a 1/4 of the genetics some of the other guys had in height and stride, with his engine!!! he would have been world record holder multiple time Olympic champion! Dudes tuffness and heart and lung power is off the charts!
Should be fine. The 800 is one of the most brutally painful running events in Track and Field. If you’ve never collapsed at the end of one, you haven’t truly tested your limits.
And nobody today left here empty-handed as all participants got their own pack of run gum!
Salter Sliger LOL 😂
HAHAHAAAHAHAHA
Salter Sliger nice one😂😂😂👍👍

@Hayden Ellis Its spam and its a scam. Block him.
What a incredible runner! He has a last sprint gear that is unbelievable. Thank you for making this video. BK Track Team!
Christian Winkle crazy kick
He can 21.3 mph
Christian Winkle also ceo of run gum and owns a UA-cam channel. What a complete guy

he doesnt have the 5th fastest 800 time ever by an american for nothing

Having a kick at the end of an 800 is insane
That's what cost him the Olympics medal. Relying too much on that kick

Wow that first race was amazing. To get out of the pack was the first victory, but to then run by everyone and open up that lead was immense.
He was a great athlete! At this level, even to be present in an Olympic final it is an achievement to be respected!
everybody who was in this video got either a free pack or rungum or a free headband

Not really, but yeah I think so
I remember watching a few of those in person, which is exactly why you are one of my very favorite all time racers to watch!
Nick Symonds has defo watched this.
while other runner have all kinds of speed, Symmonds outlasts them with his tougher than nails strength!
If he's tougher than nails running 1:44:12---then what is David Rudisha running 1:40:91 leading the Oly gold race in its entirety??????????

he could run a 47 quarter. he had speed too
