We own one of these wonderful 🤣🤣 mowers . I have become a f'kn wizard at removing the carb , disassemble it , clean the green cheese out of the fuel pick-up tube and slapping it back together . Ours ain't even got a f'kn fuel filter . Might have a screen in the tank ? Cool video , Dude .
It is supposed to have a screen in the bottom of the tank, sometimes they break loose or go missing.

My version of this mower has 2 drain bolts at the bottom of the carb bowl. I took them both off, let a couple of teaspoons worth of gas pour out, and then put them back on. I filled the tank with gas cut with Sea Foam. It started on the first pull; case closed.
I just acquired , given, 2 mowers with those Powermore engines .
139cc and a 173cc. MTD brands.
They had been sitting outside for god knows how long. It’s going to be “fun” fixing . I don’t have any parts for these engines. I have only seen 1 power more engine come my way. Neighbor’s . Just needed a carb clean.
Yep the new mowers are outrageously priced . I guess that helps us flippers
have a like new mtd like this that is $300 at HD. Listed for $175 no takers. received one offer for $120. Think WM has a similar one for $218.
You would think it would help but I haven't even been able to get last year's prices for things and they've been slower to sell too.
I have had two of the $218 mowers to sell this year that were only 2 years old and in like new condition. I got $100 and $80 respectively. When I was doing Walmart customer returns 6 years ago I was getting $80 to $90 when they were only $150 new.
It was good what you did but please clean the container we're you going to clean a Carburetor 😢

Briggs engines are crap they have cut so many corners they have turned a quality motor into scrap That's why they had to buy all the mower companies so they'd have somebody to sell their engines to.
That is a fair assessment. And they went bankrupt because of it!
