    Grated Coconut. 2 tbs
    Dates. 3
    Brown sugar. 2 tbs
    Cardamom powder. 1/4 tsp

    makhana is a superfood. This is very healthy for women especially in case of lack of calcium and vitamin d situation. There are many ways to include makhana in the diet and kheer is the one option. please share other recipes of makhana or fox nuts.
