Of all the fix-it guys on UA-cam, Mr. Electricity is the best because he takes a broken but inexpensive item like a double burner hot plate, not more than $20 new in the US, and repairs it to working order. It's not glamorous but it works. It is touching to watch. Thanks for sharing.

What is their problem, noting better to do, or jealous of his ability. I don't know if these people have noticed, but I see 104K subscribers. Another thing, I don't understand is, there were 9,954 views yet only only 535 took the time to indicate up or down. Great. It looks like you used a computer power cord for a replacement. The conductors in those are smaller than what the original was for the current draw for the heater coils, but if it works, hey. So long as it doesn’t get too hot should be fine. Certainly better than not working at all!

You should have applied a generous and even amount of heat-sink compound to the peltier device and the bottom face of the appliance prior to placement of the bracket. Remember that the peltier is a 70 watt device... The gold on the handle looks out of place... Overall a good restoration... 8/10

А я думаю там наоборот элемент Пельтье стоит для охлаждения чая. Хотя могу ошибаться.
