After getting kicked out of our last nest by bugs and a sentry bot, we attempt to take over hangmans ally and start a new life with friends.
Though things might not go 100% according to plan.
KEY MODS:
Zombie Walkers - Ghouls are slow and spawn loads
True Damage - Damage based on bullet, not gun
Scourge - Health does not increase on level up, no scaling for it
Player Undeath - On death, loose caps, drop gear and respawn random/settlement
Fallsouls - the game does not pause at all
Damn Apocalypse - Loot is location dependent and rarer.
Chemfluence - AI combat changes
Weapons of Fate - Bullets have tracers and physics

Ever considered an assassins run, stealthy weapons only, only get into direct combat accidentally, overhaul the water so it can be foraged around and improved stealth, requiring nvgs on dark stormy nights with realistic locational damage?
Hey man, I just wanted to say how cool this series is. Playthroughs like these used to be a little easier to find but now most of them are either 10-15 minute one-shot videos or 2 and a half hours long with no editing. What you're doing with your videos is an under serviced niche that's really hard to come across anymore. Keep it up :)
Edit: I also think it's really cool how you put music you make and add personal touches like that. It gives the series a lot more personality and makes it distinct from other videos out there.
You should see that start to change gradually even Mr beast admits he got it wrong about people engaging in a video for longer than 20 mins

Fun fact, at 7:44 you point out "that road" being the road that follows the shoreline of the Charles river in Boston. In real life, it's called Storrow drive, and is a minor highway that leads from the outer neighborhoods and towns to downtown Boston.
Okay, so the next point has some back story, but bear with me: Boston has an extremely high concentration of colleges and universities, and they all usually start their school year around September first. Because of this, most apartments start their rental terms on September first. This leads to something called Allston Christmas (it's an outer borough of Boston, further west than Fenway/diamond city) where there is a lot of free furniture on the sides of roads, and you can pretty much decorate an entire apartment with free stuff. In college, I had a yearly Allston Christmas white elephant where we would trade the weirdest things we could find on the street.
Fun and all, but let's bring it back to Storrow drive. Storrow drive was a roadway presumably established before cargo trucks, 18 wheelers or lorries. There are LOTS of bridges that cover Storrow drive, and they were built lower than a considerable amount of cargo trucks in mind. So September 1st becomes this magical time where someone who has little experience driving something like a U-haul, is moving into an unfamiliar city, and going through the worst possible clearance situation. What you get is a lot of moving trucks being lodged under bridges on Storrow drive, also called a Sorrowing. Last year, for the first time in my memory was there no sorrowing's because it became such an issue that the governor and mayor came together to make signage specifically for this day about this issue.

@@CowboobsYT to be fair the PKM is designed to be used on a bipod or mounted to a vehicle, most the time when you see people firing it they grabbed the carrying handle and hip fire

if you put 4 story elevators in hangmans alley you can easily access all the rooftops on each side of the settlement. there are some nice flat areas for building and you can get great vantage points. with the build anywhere mod you added, you could even put bridges and stairs across the rooftops to safely travel around the city picking people off from above. i think hangmans alley would make a great main base for this series

A) love the fact you are basically turning into a tarov scavboss.
B) Also the lore about Beast being the one that did not die out of the original followers is perfect ad you basically gave her a turf too.
C) are you going to rotate to the nests, as in, making new ones, linking them with old ones and taking up a different one every so often?

I don’t know if it’d fit your narrative but if you get a settler at hangman’s alley you can set up a supply line with the old nest’s workshop so they’ll at least share resources

I downloaded the collection and I feel like something must be messed up. I get one tapped by pipe weapons while wearing modified combat armor, but it takes several headshots to kill a zombie even with a shotgun?
Do y’all recommend Weapons of Fate, Real Tracers, Wasteland Ballistics or Realistic Bullets for ballistics?

man u had literal "lightning in a bottle" the fist few episodes especially for ur channels size and views u were getting before episode 1 of this series, but it seems after the first 2 maybe 3 episodes you almost completely flipped the script, tone and defining direction, which is a shame really cause they were fuxkin incredible. Plus the 2-3 week "intermission" between the last couple episodes didnt help, seems like ur primary focus was on doing lives, which definately didnt help ur potential "breakout" series success and longevity. I hope it makes a return and takes off for you cause the first 2-3 episodes were bangers. id bet my last penny that consistant weekly uploads and ur continued quality production will bring a pulse back to this series. A series like this is desperately needed in my opinion if im being honest. none of this is meant as a troll of hate, just an honest opinion and hopefully something constructive.

I had/have plans around this time so regular uploads were not a possibility. Also, the modlist not being stable/finished didnt help.

Im considering dropping a nuke on this series and moving to a fresh one where i put a little darker tones into it and possibly a little 'RP'. Maybe even mini series of characters with a backstory and goal.

@@CowboobsYT appreciate the civil response, shows the content of ur character. i personally dont think u should just axe this series outright cause the first 2-3 episodes were to me honestly captivating in a sense, i think u should just slowly yet deliberately but not over conspicuously (if that makes sense) try to get it back to what it was over roughly the next 2 episodes or so, so it dosent overtly seem like ur switching tones and direction abruptly, but so that it naturally feels like the series is unavoidably being pulled back into the unpredictable "impending and unknown doom and the main characters coldly calculated and efficient way he handles the unknown " that is the modlist's post apocalyptic, stalker, madmax atmospheric setting in this series and how you handled/portrayed ur characters actions and subsequent reactions. That being said id definitely watch a more RP focused series or a series of separate mini series that had a similiar vibe and tone as the first couple episodes of this series, some lightheartedness, a touch of comedic relief while also in a serious and very grim dark, no room for error type of setting, constant feel of impending danger, walking everyday into the unknown, one foot in front of the other where every single step u take has to be calculated or itll be the last step u ever take. You DEFINITELY without a doubt had something real (potentially life changing for u) in those first 2 episodes and i truly believe you can do it again, just got to be a bit more consistant. Consistant on uploads and direction. You werent prepared for the response it got so it caught u with ur pants down, dick in hand (dont worry just tell em its was fuxkin freezing out, thats why it was so small). Anyways, at least now you know what ur capable of and what can potentially come from this. Wishing you all the best homie, Cheers.

@@johnsonjohnny675 right, the last video I watched ("Thinking of leaving the nest") there has never been any cow cult. He picked up a PKM at Diamond City and he'd gone back to his nest. Maybe I cut out early, but he'd been solo the whole time.

I see you seem to have issues with some of your weapons having low damage numbers. You see the True Damage mod reduces the damage of your weapons to 1/10th of their base damage then it adds the damage of the ammo that is assigned by True Damage but because you have mods that modify ammo or add entirely new ammo, it messes up the damage such as not registering the damage that the ammo should be adding so you end up with just the 1/10th of the base damage as the total overall damage.
It's gonna be a bitch to patch all the stuff that are ammo related so good luck.
