- Base Model Ford Territory Titanium First Look! [Car Feature]
The 2023 Ford Territory Titanium has now launched in the Philippines, and in this Filipino car review, we take a tour of the next gen Ford Territory Titanium. The 2023 Next gen Ford Territory Titanium is the base model here in the Philippines, since we also have the higher 2023 Ford Territory Titanium X. The 2023 Next gen Ford Territory is also known as the Ford Equator Sport in other markets, and it also hails from China. The next-gen Ford Territory Titanium is a bit more expensive than before, but it loses on some features like the panoramic sunroof. The Ford Territory Titanium is also meant to go against the Jetour Dashing and the GAC Emkoo, which puts the 2023 Ford Territory Titanium at a disadvantage. The other two crossovers have more features for a lot less, so the next-gen Ford Territory Titanium only has its brand going for it. Of course, I still need to drive the 2023 next-gen Ford Territory to see how the car has improved in the driving performance.

I like the fact that it comes with a wet type dct instead of the cvt found in the previous gen territory. But just a shame they did not put any paddle shifters or option to do manual driving.
I just bought my 2023 nxt gen territory titanium x last month. My odometer 1550km already. Ave fuel consumption 10.5 km/L. On open hway sctex to nlex balintawak at adaptice cruise at 100km/L at normal mode, 1 got 14.9km/L. At traffic city manila driving speed of 20 to 25km/L i got 7.5 to 8km/L. Suspension is soft. Steering is good. Adas accurate . Moonroof lovely. Safety tech great. I really love my territory. Happy n comfort to drive. Sulit at well assembled. Happy tlaga ako s purchase ko. Good job ford.❤
What speakers do you get with Titanium X and how do they sound?
Reygan any car recommendation for the same price range..
Which is better geely coolray sports 2023 or ford territory titanium 2023?
Is it comparable to tigo7 pro coz planning to buy it..give me any thougths..thank you and more power to your channel reygan..god bless po.
It looks huge! Thought it's a 7seater😲
nice Chery you got there!!!!
It is actually the Ford Equator in China. Ford really saves a lot of R&D for the PH market.
I hope they put sunroof there then it will be a better choice than titanium x just saying
That's a CROSSOVER?! Are we sure that ain't a full sized SUV?! Huge! 😂
yeah but not huge enough to be a 7 seater tho
The transmission impressive. Try one you wont regret. Smooth soft suspension NVH top notch.. Just on the expensive side with that badge.. If you have the budget go for it.
How is it compared to the previous gen using CVT?
@chucky couldn't recall the 1st territory. Test drove the new titanium x. But this one dead smooth no issues on trans. The only negative I see with this one has a little bit when letting go of gas turbo still spooling so car trusting forward then when you need to hit the brakes which makes a little bit uncomfortable and dangerous. Reminded me of the montero GT. Thats the only gripe I see needs an update or remap. Space wise, night and day!! Car can definitely be recommended for girl drivers
@@MrRGM10 thanks Dude, most gearheads I spoke with told me to stay away from vehicles with CVT. Its getting such a bad rap.
This Territory is nice than the previous gen but I'm not so into this rotary knob type gear selector so as those push button type, it seems like it is prone to early damage, well that's only me. Thank you sir Rey
Imagine parking on a tight spot or turning in tight road and you keep on turning to reverse then to drive.
@@monopolarmaster4262 that makes a lot of concerns
Does it have ambient lights for night driving vibes?
@@ReygansRides It doesn’t have, even the Titanium X
The earlier part joke about six inches is like kawhi leonard joke. Lol
I love BLUE
Me too! ❤️
MAZDA'S LARGE PRODUCT GROUP HAS ENTERED THE PHILIPPINE MARKET!!! June 9 is the arrival of 2024 Mazda CX-60 in the Philippines, the first in it's lineup to use Skyactiv Multi-Solution Scalable Architecture platform.
im happy it has real at trans instead of cvt..but im not too knowledgeable of the cvt vs at fight..philippines still has alot of bad roads and you always need to kick (gas) the vehicle out of potholes. for who knows which will last..longer..time will tell..cvt vs at..
is there no issues for spare parts availability for ford territory considering its a chinese made design?
If you plan to keep it over 5 years. Look elsewhere. Hard to find and expensive parts. Plus low resale value and poor reliability.
@@arcaine101 thanks for the info. It's also what i've been hearing from chinese car made users. They can't find a match for the spare parts replacement.. thus considering also ford's poor service.
Ford Ph recently announced they will improve their parts inventory, hope this will improve their customer service
@@chucky882 i saw that article too.. but still im not into chinese made cars because of quality reliability.
Design is similar to Changan CS55
Correct dude coz Changan factory built this ford, I am a happy owner of the cs35 plus
With that price range, one may consider getting a MG HS or honda HRV instead
HRV is now priced at 1.4 Million..MG HS isn't that great
Previous model P300K cheaper than new model. Not going to sell well
HIndi n sya price competitive gaya ng previous Territory, and as for the Titanium X variant kunti nlng may Everest trend k n.
Dude, pare 🤣
Dct, smells like a disaster but we'll see. Crawling traffic disaster before for dct tranny models sa fiesta and ecosport.
Thought it was cvt
So whats with their slogan before saying “FORD BUILT TOUGH”? Its made in China
i believe its a normal automatic transmission and not DCT or CVT
I have DCT... dry... okay naman... alaga lang yan... ^^
Remember looks can be deceiving!!!
I think ranger XLT is a better option
And a safer bet. I'd go for the Wildtral 4x2 though. 😊
Yes i agree, pero grabe comfort ng rear seats nyang territory. Sat in it during mias.
Nooo! Wer moonroof
too expensive for its price and they not even include the power lift gate..
I was deterred once I heard its a DCT. Never me again and a Ford DCT.
Not a fan of the rims
Same price with China cars because this Ford territory is also made in China. This is the only car from Ford that was made in china.
Ok, tell us something we don't know
@@Batangs-gp2uy you just burned edsel! Nice one!
To be honest.. chinese cars even look premium compare to japanese cars..
@@Batangs-gp2uy google is free!
Ford has collaborated with Changan, I have a cs35 plus I could say especially the dash board is similar with the Changans.
Pls stop saying dude
Dude, its my thing. Walang basagan ng trip, ayt?
@@ReygansRides haha sabagay
Ok dude, tunkx dude😁😁😁
