With the same engine as before w/ tweakings for more HP and torque, I wonder how is the FC? I also notice redline RPM is at 5000. Where in the powerband is torque felt? Any drive reviews?

If they only made it 4x4 or AWD then the price is justified but at that price point there's so much choices

Maganda naman talaga ang build quality ng JMC at sa lahat ng leading Chinese car Manufacturers today. Wala nga masabi ang Ford sa JMC kaya nakipag joint venture sila. Pero itong mga pobring pinoy panay criticize sa china cars na matagal ng nasa European market.
Go with Cherry/ Geely or MG for the after sales and the price of the car parts...

와이프 전세대 신차 구매해서 2년 3만킬로째 잘 타고 있고 아이들링-1000rpm 미만시 자잘한 진동 외에는 별다른 불만 없이 잘 타고 있고 마침 이제 차가 한대 더 필요해서 알아보고 있는데 시승기 기다리고 있습니다 결국 전세대는 cvt 미션 때문에 진동이 있었고 이번에 습식 듀얼클러치로 바뀌었다는데 엔진이나 섀시 서스펜션등은 동일해 보이고 편의사양 조금 추가된거 치고는 가격인상폭이 크네요 이럴바엔 그냥 에베레스트로 가야될까여 디젤은 진짜 스타일 안맞아서 가솔린 알아보고 있는데 신형 익스플로러는 언제 나올지 기약도 없고..

the previous gen look is way way way good than this one in my opinion. also the features of totl old gen of territory that is present in the 1.6M variant. for the price of new gen entry level.
ill get the old gen , given the next gen is released. it might cut a bit of its price 😁

Annyeonghaseyo Soojoo-shi I was planning to buy a ford Territory as well i was hoping that the price will be similar to the previous model that is around 1.3M or a little bit more with all the bells and whistle I wasnt expecting that the base model is the same price as last year top model It was disappointing that the High end is around 1.6M i can buy an SUV with that price point..and now i just went for geely coolray SE model since the price 1.299M and comes with almost Ford safety/features had. Its just a matter of the size that ford is a bit bigger but geely has more power though. i know ACC is a good deal but thats only available in 1.6M territory🥲 they went too overprice with that, I like the overall look of the Territory from inside and out compare to the previous model.. But great and honest reviews Hwaiting..💪
This actually what i think about the price. at 1.6. you can get a real SUV at that price. in 1.3 you can get top of the line geely. or other top of the line.
@@itforeveryone5370 I agree thats why I decided to go with Geely at this point since they all have the bells and whistle for 1.3M price. You can get. Top of the line BRV with honda sensing for 1.3M as well and thats an SUV. They need to cut down a bit more on the price so the consumers will be more drawn to it to purchase their own dream vehicle. Do not follow other car makers that overprice but less tech/safety. If its SUV then 1.5M plus will be right about that price range.
What are the available SUVs at 1.6M price level?
@@seanmichaels6425 you have Isuzu MU-X 1.590M and Montero 1.568M, Toyota fortuner 1.671M, Nissan Terra 1.664M, Geely Okavango 1.2M-1.4M.. so just depends on what variant you are getting but theres plenty of options out there for that Price range.

I don't get the idea of using a kicking action when opening power tailgates. When carrying heavy items and loading them in the trunk, you tend to lose your balance with just one foot since the other foot is used for kicking. Others have better execution of buttonless tailgate operation. Just a thought🤔
Yes we know what you mean 😀 I think it is how the physical door handle turned into an electronic button that made automakers get another bright idea to quiet down the complaints.
@@SoJooCars i'd personally say, a rather sloppy engineering design execution. One Chinese automotive brand which I would rather not mention did it intuitively, ie, with the stuffs on both of your hands, approach the tailgate for the car to sense you, then step back and the liftgate opens. Now you can safely load your stuff without the acrobatics😊
If one finds the territory top of the line overpriced and your family needs a roomy 5 seater crossover, you might want to consider a GAC GS4, with a 1.5 turbo gas engine comes with an Aisin (parent company is Toyota) manufactured 6 speed auto transmission.

I don’t see any bad issues on geely chery chinese brands I more see a lot of bad issues in ford territory, I don’t think if that’s worth it to buy because of the trust issues if you’re just a normal citizen who can barely afford this kind of car.
Sablay hahahahaa can you imagine at athe price of almost 1.6M you could experience a laggy infotainment system...id rather to choose changan cs55 or jetour dashing or gac emkoo
