- The Ford Terrritory Titanium was my best budget crossover of 2020 and 2021. Aside from the price, there's nothing about the Ford Territory that feels "low budget" It's one of the most premium feeling, most well equipped crossovers that you can buy for the money here in the Philippines. im eyeing on this car for a long time now, did some research too. I gotta admit those features is hell of a jackpot. But upon researching through FT groups, theres quite a lot of complain about tech malfunctions. Example of a scary issue is the automatic break suddenly turned on while driving. That is some serious issue plus some other stuffs.
I dont want to be negative, but please do go to groups and search issues of this car before buying it.
I so love this car. Best if you guys do your own research.

This is basically a rebadged JMC. Not all chinese brands are equal.
I can take your comment word for word and just change the car model. Every car group on social media will show the same issues as no machine is perfect. My FT turned 1 year old and there was no big drama. I will tell you adaptive cruise really works AND the emergency braking has saved me from serious collisions. The active safety is worth it. If there was any major issues, social media would have amplified it already like the old Montero Sport SUA issues.
@@thetrustysidekick3013 And Apple is designed in California but made where again? The fact is if you trust a brand, you can rely on it. If you don't then take your money somewhere else.
Besides all the features I think it looks great. It's over 76in wide. I'm not aware of a midsize crossover or midsize body on fame SUV as wide. The Territory looks more like the previous generation Evoque and has resemblance to a sized down Explorer.
Is the spareparts readily available during repairs?

The Territory still sells a lot more than the Coolray.
Wondering if the new Changan CS35, wc also has adaptive cruise and autonomous braking but much more affordable than the Territory, will also sell well.
I think the car in the 1-1.5M price range with the best cockpit comfort is the 2022 honda civic…tied with ford territory. And I chose the territory because it has higher ground clearance.

That's the auto emergency braking, so no, it stops by itself if it thinks you're going to hit something.
Thanks for the review. Sucks to hear that some features were dropped (wireless charging and cooled seats). I would have liked to upgrade to this from my eco but id just save more money and aim for a hybrid (Outlander or Tiggo Pro 8)

Hell Yeah it's still worth it.
Though they removed some features, like the seat cooling.... and i believe also wireless charging.... for the same price.
And so many low-mileage units up for sale.

I was choosing between the FT and Coolray. I was initially impressed with the UA-cam reviews! I already reserved but backed out from the FT, and got the Coolray instead. I got scared coz too many bad reviews from FT owners in FB groups.

Coolray was the best budget crossover, better at all sides when you look at.
If you value your money,just skip on these model or any FORD products,they suffer from engine issues or tech malfunction,build quality and design flaws just don’t cut for Ford,its at the bottom list for its reliability and quality.FORD,fixed or repair deal…

If I were to touch somebody else's 3 m long pole to touch a Ford, I'd make sure to sanitize it first with alcohol. And I'd be wearing gloves too. But the Territory isn't really a Ford; just a badge engineered Ford as Alex pointed out in his other Territory review video. Maybe it's not as bad as a full-blooded Ford. Hopefully.
