- Turns out there was still some nice weather to be had in November so here are my thoughts on the teaser/promo video Yamaha Europe released on the 2022 XSR 900!
Apologies for the wind noise in the second half of the video - usually my setup cuts this out but I was on the highway and I guess the wind was coming from a different direction than usual. - Авто та транспорт
Seen it in real life and it’s a nice bike. The blue is gorgeous close up. The only problem is the seat.

I like the cruise addition, and it’s “new”….but the new aesthetics aren’t enough to sway me. I love the ergos of my xsr, and the new one is definitely for a younger generation with less back issues. Sorry but I hate bar end mirrors. 👍👍🇨🇦🤪
old XSR900 is so much better looking. New frame, headlights, seat and mirror are ugly! Sure it rides better but doesn't look better in my opinion. I knew that this would happen that's why I was so happy when I bought my XSR900 Black February last year after year wait. Its an amazing bike. The new xsr700 on the other hand looks better compared to the old one.
Spot on with the analysis. Dislike bar end mirrors but the lights are what I'm planning on changing on my XSR and maybe the muffler system just to get some more grunt. Good to see you still riding!!

The difference in price where I live in Ohio is exactly $500.
Outside the large rear seat on the new model, I like everything about it more than the previous. It's a much more cohesive design, everything blends instead of clashes.
It makes for a good ass shelf from the torque
@@italkgory99 Yeah I get it, but I think they concaved the seat too much to cater to short leg riders and it's a combo of too little padding in the saddle contrasted by a lot of vinyl wrapped all the way down the sides of the rear section. It's a tad clashy.
