Thank you for sharing your card room. I like how your room turned out and has given me some ideas for my collection. The library card lookin cabinet is awesome.
Excellent presentation beautiful memorabilia Love your organization skills reminds me of myself with the way I organize my cards I’m a nut when it comes to game used cards
Awesome room Mike, every man needs a space like this to do what he wants with. Love the variety you have. My kids pretty much have taken over my house for the most part, but in a few years my son will be out and I'm converting his room into a place for me. I was in the military, I'm a fire officer now , and sports guy, so it will be a nice mix of stuff. I have some very cool antique firefighter stuff, and some military items from my family going back to WWII. Being in the Boston area I have a large collection of Championship pennants from The Celtics, Red sox, Patriots, and Bruins. My few remaining cards will unfortunately have to stay in my safe.
I’m sure there have been changes since you made this video, but this is amazing. I hadn’t seen the closet before. I can’t wait until I have a hobby room. Coming this year hopefully!
I absolutely love seeing people like yourself showing off your Card Room/Mancave. It also confirms that I'm not the only person with this collecting sickness. I've been collecting for many years and I will never stop collecting.
Awesome room. I collected cards for years when I was younger. I stumbled on your videos and some others. And, they have got me wanting to start collecting again.
Very well thought out and organized room. Looks great, and you make very good use of the space. I’m having custom blinds put on the door in my office next week, so I can put stuff back in my display case. Took it all out a while ago because I was concerned about the light...
Stumbled across your channel in the suggestions from UA-cam as I'm a collector myself of both sports cards and comics. Love the card room! That baseball legends print is one I have saved to my shopping list to get framed for my hobby room as well. The custom cabinets are awesome!
Baseball Collector I haven't ever shown comics in my vids either. For cards my main collection is former Texas Longhorns for all sports, Dallas Cowboys and New York Yankees. I have a few individual player collections as well. As far as comics I'm currently running the Marvel Darth Vader, Deadpool Vs Old Man Logan and new Gears of War: The Rise of Raam series. And just finished the Marvel Darth Maul, Venomverse and Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe Again series.
I have a HUGE Nuggets collection with cards, game used and lots of other stuff. I think it would be cool to do a Nuggets collection vid/tour. Love your room tour vids!!
Now that my son (a dyed in the wool Rangers fan) has left the room while dragging his jaw across the floor, let me commend you on such a beautiful looking room, my friend. And thank you for allowing all of us to come visit it with each new video you post, as well. As for myself, what caught my eye the most were the side by side by side photos of ‘Hammerin’ Hank-The Mick & ‘The Say Hey Kid’. And your collection of books. Something in which I have basically started to collect exclusively since I have sold off (and still am in the process of doing) most of my cards. Well thanks again, Mike. A wonderful weekend to you & yours. Cheers!!!
Mike, I enjoyed the tour. Thought you did a great job. Love the lighted carousel you and dad refurbished. I remember those from way back. Very nice. Great organization of the pics on the wall etc...
Amazing such a nice feeling to be organized and ready to relax and enjoy being in the room , and ready to order some more cards 😊 nicely done I really like it
Beautiful room! Tasteful without being over the top. The display cases are beautiful! My collection is in binders... it would be nice to display it more like yours... but I always that option in the future to think of something.
Fantastic room. I dream of having a room for my collection like the one you have. Love the drawers you and your dad made. Its Extraordinary. Im also a huge Spider-Man fan and collect the comics. Not as much as I should has he has some very expensive books that Ill never be able to afford. Would love to see a video where you show off which comics you do own.
Mike I hate to burst your bubble but it’s time for you to get a much larger home so you have an entire floor to showcase your amazing baseball memorabilia and card collection. Tell your wife I said so lol!!
Mike, I looked through the comments before I asked so I didn't bother you with the request if you already answered it. I am thinking of making something like your walnut cabinet. Would you be willing to share some measurements or lessons learned in making this?
When I say this, please don’t take it that I am trying to be a jerk. But that is something special that my dad and I built. You can get a general idea of the measurements by looking at it but I don’t have them written down and I really want it to stay a unique piece. I hope you understand.
Spectacular update to the collection room Mike! I also love how you have a section for everything now. It just looks so organized, and well displayed! What are you going to do with more bobbleheads that you get though? I'm curious, as those shelves looked pretty full already! PS: I'm glad Squints made the video, even if it was in his box haha Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Jake. I appreciate it!! I was going to put Squints in somewhere, but there was no more room. Lack of space will certainly slow me down buying more bobbleheads.
@@BaseballCollector You are correct, your videos have lots of great information. I'm always trying to educate my self about my hobbies. I try to help where I can as well.
Epic card room, indeed! I especially love the storage piece you made with your dad. So nice. I also like the Nolan Ryan poster where he's pounding Ventura. Robin is from my hometown of Santa Maria, California. I actually played against him in Sr. Babe Ruth (16-18yr olds). I was 16 and he was 18. He crushed a grand slam deep over center field off our 16 year old team. I don't know how he did it, he was 5'8 and weighed 160 soaked and wet at that time haha! But he's a good guy. He built a baseball field near my house for the tee ball aged kids.
I like how you have your comics displayed on your wall. I have some nice walking dead graded comics I would like to display the same way. What do you use to do this?
Awesome video Mike. The Beast fits perfectly in your room. Your card room is giving me a lot of ideas and inspiration for when I start on my card room in a couple of months.

The Dad Slab Chest IS absolutely breathtaking, and must SMELL great (yea, im weird like that lol) Are you going for the complete ASM run? Just Keys? Any CGC Slabs in there? :)
I wonder who is thumbing down all the time. I don't really care, I would just like some feedback as to why and how I can improve. The smell is terrific. My ASM goal is full run from 100 - now. (I only need less than 10). And then pick up below 100 as I can. I only have a few CGC slabs. Like 4 or 5

very nice
Thanks

Thanks. The binders work really well.
I want one of those library cabinet things lol
Great vid!! Awesome collection, I'm a diehard Nuggets fan. I'm thinking of doing a Nuggets collection vid!!

Hi from France, your baseball room is awesome an very well organized. Many thanks for sharing .All the Best.
Thanks for watching!!
Awesome room! If I was you I would spend all my free time in there just taking it all in.
It is neat just to look around. The couch is also a pull out bed so I should just sleep in here.
You need to get mattings for the pictures. It keeps the autograph from getting stuck on the wall.
Thanks for the advice.
Nice. Brother. Outstanding video.
Your turn to show off your new room assuming you have one in the new house
What he said!! Ha ha

You can definitely find the Bergs around. I got mine from a thrift shop that went out of business. Check on Craig's List.

Beautiful room and collection Mike! You, your wife, and Dad did a great job!!!!
Thanks. It definitely was a team effort!!
You need a TV in there so you can watch games
If I did that, I would never leave the room!! My wife would not like that one little bit!! LOL
Awesome man cave love all the autograph photos. Thanks for sharing brother!
Thanks Aaron. I appreciate it!! You need to show how you organize your stuff.
So much great stuff Mike! Could look through the display case and drawers all day.
Come on down. That would be really fun.
Baseball Collector If the chance ever presents itself will definitely take you up on that !
dang nice room man. Did you make the walnut file cabinet yourself?
MrFisherbike
No. The file cabinet is just metal.
Once again, you have set the standard for card rooms, displays, etc..
Thanks for the compliment Kevin. It is a continual work in progress.
Thank you for sharing this with us ! I was looking for some inspiration for my room and I think I just found the perfect place for that inspiration
Thanks. Glad you liked it

Thanks for bringing up the worst memory of my baseball life.

I will tell her. She will be so excited. LOL
Great idea with the comic books, using your birthday! Are they in just regular frames?
They are just in regular frames. None of them are that valuable.
Great room thanks for sharing.
One book that I didn't see in your collection (I may have missed it ) is The Glory of Their Times I highly recommend it
