I so admire your openness: sharing how you successfully propagate for your shop. And that you sell plants in a substrate the plants can live in until upsizing is necessary. Oh, and the generous number of starts in each pot. All the plants I've rec'd from The Pink Trellis arrived healthy, even sometimes hard-to-ship begonias, and are doing well. Thanks, Gena.
Hi Gena! Your manjula is gorgeous! I remember when you chopped it last year. I'm enjoying this video as I admire your beautiful tablecloth. ❤️ I have an appreciation for pretty tablecloths and curtains. I got that from my mom. ❤️
Thank you for showing us how to propagate pothos we love these videos too. We wanted to let you know after your Hoya linearis video we propped mine and today we checked and we do have roots yay! We both think that's very exciting we put it under one of my closures and it has been happy maybe you could show us begonia next😊😊😊
Thanks for this video. I just got a manjula a few months ago so it's not ready to chop.. My Hawaiian won't stop growing though. I've propped it in water twice since May and it needs it again. Will my Hawaiian prop in soil? If it's in a plastic bag do I ever water it again? In water these produce roots so fast. Will it be slower in soil? Sorry. I'm excited to try this.
Hi, Debbie! Thanks for watching!!!! Every pothos I've put in soil has rooted. It may take longer than in water though. However, not that much longer if you provide warmth, light, and humidity. If it's sealed in a plastic bag you won't have to water it for a very long time. I would just keep an eye on it. Thanks again :).
I have all new propagations of Rhipsalis in aroid now. I started out with a recipe I found online for Rhipsalis. But since then, I've just been putting it in this same mix I use for almost everything. Works just fine for them.
I've only propagated the variegated compacta. At some point I'll need to do the solid green though. It's getting very long. They are slow growers at first and then after a year or two they take off, in my experience :).
Gena she was so beautiful, but now she is going to get better. Thanks for the video.
The propagations are growing so nicely too! Thanks so much!!!!
The Manjula is such a pretty plant. I love mine.
I agree :). Thanks Chris!

Hi Gena from PR!! My E. Manjula loves leca semi hydro!! The one in aroid okay but the one with a moss pole looks like crap. 😅
Hi, Nina!!!! Oh interesting. I'm actually not surprised because mine LOVES water!!!!
Where do you get your pots for your propagation? I love your videos.

Gena, do you have your Rhipsalis in aroid or cactus mix? Just curious. Mine are in aroid, but it was all that I had. :-)
I have all new propagations of Rhipsalis in aroid now. I started out with a recipe I found online for Rhipsalis. But since then, I've just been putting it in this same mix I use for almost everything. Works just fine for them.
@@ThePinkTrellis I cannot wait to see the babies!! You know I will be buying some!! I love them.
Do you ever propagate your Hoya compacta?
I've only propagated the variegated compacta. At some point I'll need to do the solid green though. It's getting very long. They are slow growers at first and then after a year or two they take off, in my experience :).
@ThePinkTrellis I love how they look. I want one but can't find them in Home Depot or Lowes.
Do you sell that ojo small planters (eye planter)?
I don't sorry!
