    These episodes never get old. They were so genuine and had real human interactions. Julia spoke her mind and didn't give a damn

    No, I would not call it that, seeing as cacophony is the antithesis of symphony. It is a symphony!!!!

    MY FAVORITE EPISODE IS YOUR THANKSGIVING TURKEY DINNER...HOWEVER THE PICTURE RESOLUTION SHOULD BE BETTER AND TRANSFER IT FROM VHS TO DIGITAL, PLEASE!!!

    Crystallization LOL he called fond that back in the old tv show days. I have no idea why he didn't teach people that it's called fond.

      Well... Technically it's caramelization via the maillard reaction. So crystalized isn't an incorrect term.

      I’m sure it doesn’t taste that way because it cooked so slowly. It just looks that way because it was such a large piece of meat that wasn’t soaking up the sauce the way small cuts do. I personally prefer it the way Julia’s was done (except… non beurre monié, s’il vous plâit!). It’s just different techniques though.
