Two awesome meals. Two master chefs👨🍳👩🍳 What more could you ask for Great food great teachers great company. It works for me, we can never learn enough about cooking. Love them both 💕💕 R.I.P. JULIA you are missed so much. ✝️🙏 Jacques I know lost a very true blue 💙🔵 friend.
Julia: "...blending everything into a marvelous cacophony, would you call it that? No, I would not call it that, seeing as cacophony is the antithesis of symphony. It is a symphony!!!!
Julia says, "And I will toast you, Jack -- Le Maître (The Master)" at 23:14 Remember Julia authored the book Mastering the Art of French Cooking ʕ•́؈•̀ʔ
If you listen to Julia. She is Poking fun at her Buddy. J.says,NO you never want spillage. And if you don/t cut your baby onion top off. The Little point of yours come out.
MY FAVORITE EPISODE IS YOUR THANKSGIVING TURKEY DINNER...HOWEVER THE PICTURE RESOLUTION SHOULD BE BETTER AND TRANSFER IT FROM VHS TO DIGITAL, PLEASE!!!
I’m sure it doesn’t taste that way because it cooked so slowly. It just looks that way because it was such a large piece of meat that wasn’t soaking up the sauce the way small cuts do. I personally prefer it the way Julia’s was done (except… non beurre monié, s’il vous plâit!). It’s just different techniques though.
I just love them together. I love how he helps her , and I love her for her skills and devotion to French cooking.

I really miss my mom's cooking after watching this show I guess I should start cooking again to keep her memory alive ❤
These episodes never get old. They were so genuine and had real human interactions. Julia spoke her mind and didn't give a damn
Great food! Comfort food from two great chefs. Bravo 👏 👏 👏

Crystallization LOL he called fond that back in the old tv show days. I have no idea why he didn't teach people that it's called fond.
He still does even to this day.
Well... Technically it's caramelization via the maillard reaction. So crystalized isn't an incorrect term.
Always found her annoying - Jacques is way better at cooking and personality wise is way better - child was overrated
Sorry, but that is the driest most overcooked pot roast I’ve ever seen
These two are not amateurs...
