This year on July 24th I realized how big I was so I started running and ever sense I lost more then 40 pounds. I now weigh 184 pounds, I could never be more proud of myself then I am now. Also I’m running my first 5k on Nov 2nd!!! ;o

Really interesting recipes man, quite unusual for me but definitely gonna try out the cheese sauce!
Also I think it's best to steam the broccoli too as a lot of nutrients are lost when you boil and strain them.

@@HellahGood I started as being able to do an 4 second bar hold thing but now that I've been practicing, I can do an 8 second hold. I'm trying to run 1 mile in 7 minutes because my coach tells me I need to sprint in basketball. Thanks for the support!

Your meals weren't what I expected at all. I thought they would be quite high in protein. Interesting to see! Will try the watermelon poke' bowl. Where did you get the coconut vinegar? Have you tried it with rice vinegar?
you gotta try it! so good. I got it at just my local food store in the asian food section. Also great with rice vinegar!
@@HellahGood I made it for my non-veg friends and family after watching your video. I loved it so much but they didn't seem to enjoy. I think it's because I cut the watermelon cubes too big and they thought it was kinda weird. I should've made it small like yours. Lesson learned! haha

rice beans and vegetables! the best and can be very cheap with frozen vegetables and dry beans or canned
some good ideas there to try out but why do you peel apples and potatoes if you dont like peeling? youre also losing a lot of nutrients from the food this way
just to achieve the texture I was hoping for in these specific dishes but otherwise I wouldnt normally take the skin off of either of them

just preference. for the cheese sauce it has a weird texture when you use the peel.. I wouldn't normally peel it to roast them or anything though I know most of the nutrients and fiber are in the skin

This is really time consuming and it's almost impossible to do if you have a full time job but it looks amazing
it's not bad when planned out. Plus a lot of it can be made ahead of time in preparation
