Really interesting recipes man, quite unusual for me but definitely gonna try out the cheese sauce! Also I think it's best to steam the broccoli too as a lot of nutrients are lost when you boil and strain them.

@@HellahGood I made it for my non-veg friends and family after watching your video. I loved it so much but they didn't seem to enjoy. I think it's because I cut the watermelon cubes too big and they thought it was kinda weird. I should've made it small like yours. Lesson learned! haha

some good ideas there to try out but why do you peel apples and potatoes if you dont like peeling? youre also losing a lot of nutrients from the food this way
just preference. for the cheese sauce it has a weird texture when you use the peel.. I wouldn't normally peel it to roast them or anything though I know most of the nutrients and fiber are in the skin
My god I would love to eat like this but I could not even survive the breakfast due to my allergies. These started like 5 years ago, I went to the hospital and this is due to the pollution. looks good. i add curry or tumeric to my rice then add sauteed shiitake mushrooms & onions...little olive oil. Tastes awesome.
