That’s because when you have a fever, you will feel chilly. That’s because your body is trying to regulate itself whereas your immune system is trying to burn the pathogen out
I had that for almost a week but then developed a fever on day 6

You can "beat" the cold in 2-3 days if you take ~10 gr or even more vitamin C per day with a lots of water/tea. It worked for me a couple of times.
I swear I've had a slightly irritated throat for a few days. Almost allergy like feeling but I thought that once before and it turned into bad cold last year. It hasn't gotten worse "yet". Each day I wake up feels the same. Knock on wood.
First day I felt my throat feeling funny, I took two packets of emergen c 1 in the morning 1 in the afternoon. Drinking allot of water too.
I'm on day 3 of feeling like this and it hasn't gotten worse, do you think I can beat it? I'm with my boyfriend right now and debating whether or not to go back to my mom's for a week
P.s. I'm taking 1 packet a day now of emergen c, it's funny though when you look online, studies keep saying they don't have proof etc that taking emergen c helps colds or shortens colds I think that's because they want you to end up at urgent care so we can give them money. 150$ is what we ended up spending because I was out of state. There's no harm in taking it to try to prevent a cold. Don't listen to the Internet I say :)

I got a HORRIBLE flu last week I felt so mutch better (I was sick for 2 weeks) and I don’t feel god now again🤦🏽♂️

thanks! i just have a stuffy nose, a little sore throat but it’s gone, and a small fever! yet it’s gone, since i’ve had lots of cold things and fluids with popsicles here and there. a small cold is probably the case, i don’t have a high fever nor bad symptoms. hope i get better soon!

When I go to my grandmother's house then I usually get a stuffy nose and itching in eyes and running eyes as well like just the next day . If I reach there at night the next morning boom I have a cold . I don't understand what's happening to me and rn I am here because I have all these symptoms and I am at my grandmother's house only. Ik i am allergic to something but I don't know what and it has been happening to me for many years . What to do ?
