Fantastic tour. I used to love modern houses, and a part of me still does, but I've soured on them in favor of Georgians, Italian Villas, and Palladian style homes. This house has one problem, aside from the price, and that is it's turned the wrong way, so no downtown view or much of a Century CIty view.
Thanks foe watching and sharing your thoughts. Hope to be able to bring you more Luxury Los Angeles Home and maybe soon some from other cities and countries
Anericans love to hate beautiful homes for nothing! This type of perspective is very common in the coments at least! Theres many style of homes and no one is better then the other whfn it comes to art and personal taste I guess! If I had the mobey I would totally live in a place like this!❤
The trend has been putting it on the market for twice what it’s worth then after several years the house going into bankruptcy. Looks like this developer is using the same losing strategy on this one.
Thanks for watching and your thoughts. Always like hearing people's prospective. There is a lack of landscaping but I think they went for a minimalistic look
That is true. The number of buyers that can pay that kind of premium is low, and the competition at the top of the luxury real estate market is high. So, it is a risky venture.
Only bitcoiners will be able to live like this in the future. I already lost all my money in the previous bitcoin crash, but now that bitcoin is setting new records, I wish I could have kept my bitcoin.
I agree that very few homes above $20M sell for asking. The initial price is really testing the market, and usually, you see a sale at 20-30% reduction on the original listed price.
As soon as I saw the highly overpriced, asking price on this, knew exactly who the realtor was. He always asks an insane amount over what the house will actually sell for.. Don’t know the lot size, but I’m predicting under 40 for this, especially in this market.
That won´t sell for 68 million, the developer should stop doing all this drugs at LA parties and should get a grip on real life, that´s just embarrasing.
I think you may be right. These homes are often hard to value as they are all very unique this house has a huge usable lot and amazing views. My guess is circa $50M
Very good looking but these houses seems like shops...furniture stores, no sign of life in it...hope some day to find new content about contemporary real lived villas and and mansions 🎉
Backyard is nice but interior seems outdated and small. Don't really like the use of interior design materials, seem eclectic. Won't sell at 68 mill given other comps.
The size of the lot, roof deck, and views are the selling points of this home. The main living area with the double high ceiling looking over the pool was impressive, also

W&W doesn't really dictate the price. They make suggestions, but the owner sets the price, and all luxury homes in LA and probably elsewhere start out too high, because they know they will have to negotiate downwards.
3:07 WOW!!! That view! 😍🔥🔥🔥
The views are one of the best features of this home.

We need Enes and Mikey to tour this home.
Where's Mikey?
@@webtweakers634 I don't know what Enes did with Mikey but I want answers! They live or lived together. 😡
👍
@@cobracommander9138 Mikey got weight loss surgery and died.
Thanks for this post. Very modern Shopping mall like house... this could be rented out for Sci fi Netflix or other Hollywood genre films. Nice one
Intresting prospective

@@speeddrawingamateur688 yup qnd to get that huge amount of money is by right investment on forex or crypto..... unless we are famous as Taytay swift
It will be 30 mill in 2025
I can see a price reduction but not that low.
Or the dollar will be worthless
More like 10

🙏
68 is too high and everybody knows that. Especially when you take a look at the area around.
It will be interesting to see what it sells for
Excellent luxurious house
It was truly stunning. especially the views
Ooh yes thanks very much
Love interior space w/ wide open indoor/outdoor flow and massive views, but what were they thinking w/ the ugly hardscaping.
Thanks for watching and your thoughts.
Always like hearing people's prospective.

4:31 68mil and the sink plumbing is leaking. 🙄
You have some super sharp eyes!
The kitchen trash can is outrageous 😹
That bad!!?
Jumped out at me too like the pullout was designed too small or something.
In the wines source wine fridges in source delivery😊😊🎉🎉
In the wine fridge wine delivery 😊😊🎉🎉
👍
Does the house not have a garage?
Yes, it does. 👍
Красиво ! 🔥
👍 👌
Very nice house but it looks closer to 10k or 11k sqft & not 14,800 sqft.
Most of these very expensive one off home's take along time to find that specific buyer

You see it to often that No house at this magnitude would ever sell at full price, if this house sells at all it would be most likely half price.

What do you think its worth?
This would be the place to see a private showing of Ms. Angelina Jordan's new Jazzy song "Bad Valentine" [ Piano Diaries ] DD.
👍

Usually, these homes tend to sell for 20-30% below the original listed price
🎉🎉❤
👍 👌
Seen worse. A touch expensive. Like 4500$/sqft which is you know... slightly over the top
I think you may be right. These homes are often hard to value as they are all very unique this house has a huge usable lot and amazing views. My guess is circa $50M
JFYI you need to correct your address; it should be 684 Firth Ave. not 584.
I will check ✔️

This seems to be the trend at the moment in terms of design and what is selling here in Los Angeles.
I wish @Enez Yilmazer would tour this house will be amazing
Did you not like our tour 😞

проблема дома в том что напротив дома гора, где этот дом было бы намного логичней построить
It will sell
for no more than 45M💸
My bet is circa $50M

Not even 10million
😒 🤔
They absolutely lost their minds with this pricepoint. And of course it's W&W.
W&W doesn't really dictate the price. They make suggestions, but the owner sets the price, and all luxury homes in LA and probably elsewhere start out too high, because they know they will have to negotiate downwards.
What do you think it's worth?
That's very true
I would refuse to buy anything they had a listing for, at any price, out of principle.
Besides the view and living room nothing really stands out about the place... 25-30 mil at best.
I think it may be a little overpriced, but I don't think it would sell as low as that. I would guess around the $50M price point.
Monstrosity of a McMansion
Nah. It doesn't look like a mcmansion at all
Hmm?
Tour Enes ylmazer 🙏🙏🙏pleaseee
👍
