    Hello Ryan,
    when copy-pasting sound effects, you can change under the "Pitch" part in the inspector, the "Semi Tones" go either positive or negative, that gives a different pitch to the sfx so that they aren't sounding the same, we want variety!
    Thanks for posting this.

    14:03 I really love this. Explained the efforts that go into editing, especially the multiple rewinds. Nothing beats hearing the same audio clips multiple times with different sfx, to get the one that is just perfect.

    its good noting that if you wanna look back at your footage without lag, you can go up to the playback tab up top - playback proxy resolution and turn it to half, and also turn the render cache to smart. This reduces the quality a tiny bit for the time being, but allows you to playback the video without having to worry about lag.
    P.S When you render the video, it will go back to normal and desired quality!

    I just wanted to add, when adding subtitles, you can create "subtitle regions" by right-clicking on the subtitle track and it will allow you to create subtitles with different attributes, meaning you can put them wherever you need :D
    Hope this helps!

    Just turning up the volume is not the ideal way to deal the audio. Use a good external VST Plug In Compressor and Limiter and also a Reverb Reducer VST to level up the end-product.

    • @Ryanherrickk
      @Ryanherrickk  3 місяці тому +1

      @@Motivational_lnspiration first off your already tanked at the fact that you don’t have a face to your brand. And second you’ve posted 2 videos. You can’t expect to go viral with 2 long form videos. Sometimes this stuff takes 100’s of posts to get seen.

    • @Motivational_lnspiration
      @Motivational_lnspiration 3 місяці тому

      @@Ryanherrickk Hi Ryan, thank you so much for your time. So you would say having a "roll A", where I speak is crucial? essentially, I thought of using stock footage and put my channel logo on one of people faces to talk over it as for roll A, is that a good idea?
      Also you are right, I need at least 100 posts. I was just kinda wondering, since even tough I got 4.75k subs from shorts, I still kinda wonder why none of them seemingly take a look at my channel.
      You're an inspiration though man, thank you for your time. I'd love if you could just take some time to answer these questions, have a nice day meanwhile!! :)

    • @Ryanherrickk
      @Ryanherrickk  3 місяці тому +1

      @@Motivational_lnspiration getting subscribers from UA-cam shorts is kind of like getting followers from TikTok, you follow them once and you probably will never see them again because the likelihood of people going on their following page is slim. That’s the case with UA-cam so you’re only gonna have a very small audience from your shorts view your actual longform videos. If you’re going for like an AI style page, then sure but you are gonna get tanked. There’s nothing better than creating a brand around your face.

    try changing the playback quality.. from full to quarter or half for better playback
    also change your playback quality to a 1080 and your optimized footage to a smaller file size not an uncompressed.. great stuff brodie.. good luck in your journey!

      @Can-99.9 2 місяці тому

      I used to do that but davinci has a built in feature where if you click on playback and then timeline proxy resolution you can set it to half or quarter, or by default it's on full. when you render it, it always renders in full way better that way
