Mal0 is just impossible to get rid of, but is completely benign once you know what it is. Conversely, this is evil, but easy to shake. I think Mal0 would be more interesting, as it can communicate using ESL, and there is a possibility that it could be used as sort of an invisible spy for its host.
Honestly this SCP could be related to the Trevor Henderson creature peeping Tom. The SCP was on the third floor which means it must have a long neck. They both have gray faces with missing eyes. Also they both watch people through the windows.
