That One on One series with Tony was something else. It was he like he woke up on each day of filming, rolled out of bed and into his personal gym, and made it up on the fly. I remember one workout where Tony literally drew scraps of paper from a hat to determine what moves to do. Good times.
I have always wanted to complete the series. Since I own the DVD's I was able to upscale all the videos and put em on a USB that goes directly into my TV.
Underrated channel, good story telling - with some SEO research/ Google trends/ Social listening you could maybe renew this channel with other fitness/sport niches or something else u are passionate about.
This was great! Haha. P90X Plus definitely looks rushed, with a much lower production value than the original. I also liked that the guests were all mic'ed up in the the original, so you could hear their interactions with each other. It also helped that many of them weren't pros, but were average Joe's / Jane's or friends of Tony's, so there was natural chemistry there and it made the brutal workouts less intimidating (it also helped to point out their improper form and other mistakes, etc.).
Could never get into X+ either blended in with P90X or as an adjunct. The typical "working everything but gaining nothing" from full body workouts and all that faffing about on the pull-up bar made no difference whatsoever to my abs.
