I love this guy! Truly he saved me from terrible depression. I didn't think I could do it but with " Do your best, forget the rest" and "man o manischewitz!"- he kept me laughing and working hard. THANK YOU TONY!

Guy changed my life. Not just physically. Getting in shape helped my lifelong depression more than any medication. All of which I’m off now. What I’d give to shake his hand and thank him. I’m not a person of faith, but man am I sending him all the good happy vibes I have!

Glad you're ok Tony. His P90X program inspired me to workout and get back into shape many years ago. It helped me to help my daughter who was overweight. We did it together and I'll always have those memories.
I didn't even know this happened to him. Always keep fighting and
as he would say, "Do your best and forget the rest"!
    God bless Tony.
    Thank you again.

I went sudden cardiac arrest while partially spinally decapitated. Got a pacemaker put in and my neck fused front and back. I have occipital neuralgia for life now. Today I finish my first week of Power 90. :-) It has been like 5 years since my last surgery but I feel the pain daily. Took me 13 years to get my first spinal fusion. So I have had the pain 18 years so far. I also had total thyroidectomy due to metastatic cancer between the pacemaker and my first spinal fusion. These workouts will help my pain over time a bit. I have already done it before my fusion......... WHILE partially decapitated. Not to mention I work on my land doing forestry and stuff....

P90X was a long time ago. Tony Horton is now selling protein powder for $75 a pound and telling older people that they can build muscle without exercising if they use it.

I have muscular dystrophy I am 60 years old. I got this disease at 33 years old. It has progressively moved up my body I was an emergency room nurse for 29 years. I am going to try your formula. I am not able to exercise as the tearing down of the muscles only makes it worse. I hope your formula helps out.

what was the name of your illness again? I think I may be going through this. I was also healthy, active on a mostly plant based diet for the last 9 years but found out my mom was suffering from pancreatic cancer last year. That coupled with the lockdowns and loss work bcuz of the pandemic may have been too stressful for me. I suddenly began having pain everywhere one day last August and after 3 months of that, began losing weight without loss of appetite, vomiting or diarrhea. No fever, coughing, breathing issues etc. my inflammation levels went through the roof. My vitamin D levels were in the 50s so don’t know what triggered it. I then lost about 25-30lbs over the next 4-5 months. It stabilized for about 3-4 months after doing an elimination diet, fasting and OMAD diet. But then the pain and burning returned and the weight loss started again. Colonoscopy and endoscopy and CT and Ultrasound scans all came back normal. No IBS, bowel obstructions, polyps, H pylori but I had lots of burning pains in the liver and gallbladder area. Liver function tests were normal and no gallstones were seen. It seems to be attacking all my joints especially neck and spine. Saw and endocrinologist and neurologist and tests were also normal but it seemed that whenever my neck pain worsened so did all my symptoms. I seem to be suffering malabsorption and food intolerances I didn’t have before. Eating certain foods would cause severe pain and more inflammation throughout my entire body. This has aged me about 15 years in just 6-7 months. I’ve been fighting now for 15 months and getting weaker. Help!!!

Tony, I have followed you a long time. I recall using Power 90, then the Master Series and then P90X. During that time I was in the best condition of my life. Many challenges and limits caused me to faulter. Just 2 weeks ago I had kidney surgery and I am still recovering. After hearing of your own challenges, I took an interest once again in fitness and health. During one of your videos you mentioned Ancient Peat. Does you Power protein have it in it too? I guess I am a little skeptical because things. However, I don't think you'll lead me wrong.

Have done P90X3 multiple times and love it. But, as his recent health setbacks have shown, trying to grasp and hold onto power is fruitless. He should know this by now.
