You’re very insightful with these kinda things. Whenever I got into the fighting game scene a long time ago I never considered Xenoverse 2 to be anything but a low skill ceiling typical anime arena fighter but seeing your point of view with how you play the game is always very interesting to watch and hear about.
The game certainly has the mechanics to make it a good arena fighter but it's the customization part that takes away from it and kills variety in character choices. Some things on this game are just too easy to do than other things which is why the majority plays the exact same
Menacing flare is a pretty quick one hit ki blast that does decent damage on its own which is alright but the catch is if your attack does not hit directly then you close in and follow up with a kick that can catch your opponent off guard. Honestly they should've made the skill cancel cancellable after the kick follow up because if it miss you can be stuck there but at the same time they're probably trying to dodge the attack due to it essentially being unblockable from behind. Might be best for an all around preset but I haven't used it recently but I might be able to
@@creativebeatdown I was wondering if Burst Reflection has any particular interesting use. I personally couldnt find it on my "Prism Build" so I had to change it. Any tips or ideas on the move's strengths?! Im just curious about your take on this move in general.

@@creativebeatdown true. Most of the community uses the same moves. They're too scared to experiment and because of that they become predictable.
Nah bro the netcode/lag is what kills this game. It would be very good fighter game but unfortunately that’s the biggest downfall
