Helping them not just chase opportunities but walk in their calling. It blends practices found in brand strategy, design thinking and purpose coaching.

Am I the only one that doesn't really find value in these "pre-episode" previews that just take up time and don't really provide any value? We're already here to watch the video, it's kind of pointless to tease a movie when you're getting ready to watch that movie.
It is a hook, you give the audience some “expectation” on what the video is about and if it is interesting enough, you’ll watch till the end. Like the start of a mr beast video that shows the “end part”. Instead of complaining its better to find reason on why people do things and look at the outcome, if it generates views then it is effective, copy it.

That's great... race is still implicitly considered. I doubt anyone is actually excluded. There are funds and grants for different communities. And that is allowed and more then fine. It is not unethical esp. If your ethics say. I want to serve and lift up those who are undeserved. Its unethical to abuse that and pretend to be Latino.
