there's a chance it's the same guy. if the trumpeter is the person i think he is, he's the principal trumpet for shanghai symphony orchestra (makes sense since both this concert and i think the honkai one were hosted in china). the reason i seem to recognise him is because i recently did some volunteer work taking photos for an event that sso hosted, and the trumpeter was one of the musicians i was assigned to follow around and take photos of. that being said, i could be completely wrong here.
also, the timestamp of 19:51 in the honkai 2024 concert vid on honkai's official channel also confirms this speculation because even if the trumpeter here isn't the same guy, the musician i took photos for (mind you, i have the photos in 4k raw quality lmao) is DEFINITELY the same guy in the honkai concert (their instruments are identical it has to be the same guy).
for a trumpet section THAT talented, their articulation and intonation is pretty sloppy. they also don't blend very well with the rest of the orchestra
