There's something about the undertale soundtrack that makes me love it so much. I can't really place it but it sounds like magic, nostalgia, and home rolled into one, especially the songs near the opening and the ending of the game. This orchestra cover makes it even better.
The soundtrack certainly has a very unique sound to it. Instead of following in line with typical composition, it dares to be creative and a bit wacky in its experimentation. This is honestly how the best video game music (and music in general) was made. Now everything is very homogeneous. If only we could go back to the days of making ACTUAL themes with a tune that distinctly stays in your head.
The transitions are beautiful, especially from Dummy! to Spider Dance. It reminds me why this games music is as well loved as it is, even with different sounds and different instruments used it all goes well together.
YES! Ikr?! Its so good you dont even know how you feel about it. It makes you wanna cry, jump for joy, and fall apart and let the characters comfort you.

We all came here mainly for 17:00 But let’s be honest, we all really came here for every song because undertale has one of the best soundtracks out of any game out there.
This really helps you realize how the songs written really portray the boss fights, for example Dummy! has loud commanding call notes, followed by quieter, timid response notes, showing the dynamic of Mad Dummy and his minions. Muffets has the loud intense moments which showcase muffet and her pet, and you have the quiet gentle sections representing her spiders alone. Bergentrucken is a fanfare, like a king and his castles trumpets, and it all feels like you’ve reached the end of your journey And in hopes and dreams you hear a bit of floweys theme your best friend
Damn I won’t let anyone forget this game. My parents banned me from playing Undertale when I was little cause it was “violent” but that didn’t stop me. I think my mom is disappointed cause I play trombone now and I say puns. Worth it
It's always fascinating to see different styles of Undertale orchestra. They all sounds unique, but they have one thing in common, they sounds so damn good and it has and always will bring my memories of Undertale and so will the upcoming Deltarune. Toby, you have one hell of an imagination.

2年ぶりくらいにこの吹奏楽アレンジ聴いたけどヤバいな
楽器の使い方と言うかソロで使う楽器とかそもそもの伴奏の配分とかが完璧すぎて調和のとれ方が異常だし表現力が桁違いに高い
キーボードとかエレクトリックの楽器を下手に使ってないのも良い
エレキベースとコンパスの使い分けもここぞで出してくる
あんなエレクトリックな楽曲たちをここまで吹奏楽に落とし込めるのは本当に尊敬する
ほんと大好きです！
僕もこういう風に既存の楽曲を自分のテリトリーに落としてカバーできるよう精進します！

There's something about the undertale soundtrack that makes me love it so much. I can't really place it but it sounds like magic, nostalgia, and home rolled into one, especially the songs near the opening and the ending of the game. This orchestra cover makes it even better.
The soundtrack certainly has a very unique sound to it. Instead of following in line with typical composition, it dares to be creative and a bit wacky in its experimentation. This is honestly how the best video game music (and music in general) was made. Now everything is very homogeneous. If only we could go back to the days of making ACTUAL themes with a tune that distinctly stays in your head.
The transitions are beautiful, especially from Dummy! to Spider Dance.
It reminds me why this games music is as well loved as it is, even with different sounds and different instruments used it all goes well together.

This really helps you realize how the songs written really portray the boss fights, for example Dummy! has loud commanding call notes, followed by quieter, timid response notes, showing the dynamic of Mad Dummy and his minions.
Muffets has the loud intense moments which showcase muffet and her pet, and you have the quiet gentle sections representing her spiders alone.
Bergentrucken is a fanfare, like a king and his castles trumpets, and it all feels like you’ve reached the end of your journey
And in hopes and dreams you hear a bit of floweys theme your best friend
Yeah. For example, Asgore sounds royal with the trumpets, Bonetrousle sounds goofy and simple like Papyrus, and even Spear of Justice sounds noble.
And then Megalovania

It's always fascinating to see different styles of Undertale orchestra. They all sounds unique, but they have one thing in common, they sounds so damn good and it has and always will bring my memories of Undertale and so will the upcoming Deltarune. Toby, you have one hell of an imagination.
