I'll check it out! I'll let you know when I get the answer for it [EDIT] It's easier than it seems! Do 5mp, then immediately hold 1 and input 1hp - it'll count as if you had done 4hp - keep holding down/back, then do a delayed flashkick

This is going to be great for my Guile gameplay. I already could do crouch medium punch into Level 1 but it was very incosistant. I finally have a way to make consitant.
well that was really helpful. its way easier to do the sonic boom WITH low kick than it is to release to neutral, hit low kick and then hit forward. Now i can combo these with ease!

I really need to get that standing LK cancel down. It's so useful when trying to check if someone is walking back. Cr. LK will check low followed by Cr. LP, then if you need a third light to confirm it has to be standing LK, nothing else reaches and can be canceled. Triple Cr. LK just isn't scary and trying to confirm off only Cr. LK, Cr. LP is dicey both in terms of charge time and in terms of actually confirming the hit. Drive rush is an option that doesn't need anything fancy but it is expensive.
In practice mode, that should be quite easy to pull off On actual matches that would need a total different level of dedication to pull off consistently, though But pretty sure you'll get that hang of it. Just like you mentioned, using drive rush to extend combos after Cr.LP is quite expensive, and it isn't that worth, unless you're 100% certain it will finish the round
As someone that played Street Fighter all through my teen years with a bunch of friends back in the 90s, sadly they took away one of Guile's most lethal combo. Only a few people may remember this combo. But anyone that used Guile knew it was bread and butter to use this combo. It's good seeing people help other to show them how to use Guile. Guile has been top tier since day 1.
I kinda need help, when I do sonic hurricane input it always make a anti-air sonic hurricane (all I do is holding down-left->right->left->right + light punch (yeah I'm playing (M), shame on me for being a noob)) , could you tell me the right input? Pls
About that, I believe there's no way of doing other versions since you're on modern controls Modern is pretty good, but it has a reduced movelist Supers are always the same, having no way to change them

As soon as you hit St.MP you're gonna start holding down/back Meaning that your st.hp will be done as down back HP There's a slight delay between the HP and the flash kick. Wait a little before going for the flash kick
For doing those I'd recommend mastering perfect sonic boom and regular sonics in order to choose between them at your will I've never tried any of those loops, but some loops might have those normal booms
Please help I’m literally doing a Forward HK like 70% of the time instead of the flash kick… for Flash kick cancel into super, and sometimes I do a sonic boom in combos instead because the forward button gets pressed. Notations say: F HK > Up Forward, I really don’t get it, I’m pressing up and forward at the same time and HK, I use PS4 D-Pad
A couple of things that could be happening: 1- you might be pressing HK a bit earlier 2- your charging time isn't enough 3- you're holding Down instead of down/back for the charge 4- you're taking too long to do the flash kick motion after the charge Try those and see if any works for you

So it was literally #1 + my thumb was kinda like “hovering” from down + back to up + forward, for anyone having the same issue, you show release your thumb and hit up + forward + HK very quickly then Back + Forward + HK fast. Or any kick really but always go heavy for more damage from flash kick and I find it easier to click R2 with my middle finger, while my left hand thumb is doing the D-pad work. Guile is very complex and honestly takes a long time to master.
I play on pad as well, and it definitely took me some time to master when I tried learning it on SF4 But I recommend you practice its motion slowly, then speed up little by little
I think it’s much easier on pad. Especially if pad is what you are used to playing games on. It takes time to get the timing and feel of it regardless of the input device.
God those charged supers are the bane of my existence, I can do sonic boom well, But for some reason sonic hurricane and the Level 3 just never seem to come out Edit-Oh my god I didn't realized i had to hold it all the way back and went straight foward instead...Thank you so much for the help!

Nothing wrong with that It's just some situations lead to that level 3 super with no full cutscene, specific combos and/or hits make it not to come out Same happens to Ken's level 3 super, for example

Lol landing it on a combo will have the same difficulty as if you were doing it alone Practice special into super as much as you, in order to only have to worry with the other chunks of combos
lol it'll take you lots of practice to pull it off, it seems For me it was super hard at first. It took me a couple weeks to feel comfortable with the motions and timings
So like help me get this lol are you saying that when you hold the charge for down back. And stand up for neutral light kick. The light kick is still holding the down back???for you to press up and punch button??

2 seconds is a lot (120 frames)
You only need to charge for 45 frames

you can hold up diagonal for charging too. easiest way to get the flashkick into lvl 1 super from a jump punish

@@reckless_x I got the perfect book down just the timing and linking them w the strikes is difficult w me.
Try practicing isolated chunks of that combo, that should help with the muscle memory to attempt going for the whole thing

Man, linking supers with normals pretty tough on pad 😅. I can do flash kick into lv3 but can't pull off lv 1 with anything

It took me some time to get used to the dualshock 5, I liked the 4 one better
But it's also pretty decent
How do you do his super so easily? Is it just pratice with excution. Because some combos you have to them instantly
It's been at least 9 years since I do that motion on SF, so it becomes somewhat easier throughout the way
