"Animosity” (Mayday) es un Hard Rock que parece más cercano a lo que desarrollaron en los 2 Lps anteriores, menos compleja que Disciple y no tan misteriosa como "z", la parte del 00:28 es buena para un headbanging, no tan brusco pero al fin y al cabo headbanging, las frases musicales de los instrumentos son más fáciles de entender y más digeribles, la mejor parte de la letra está en el 1:54 le da un giro de luz y ligereza a toda la canción. Además el mensaje de “Animosity” se aproxima a lo que se maneja hace tiempo en parte de la escena mexicana (principalmente en el Indie / Folk ) en la que casi todos los fans buscan canciones más INTERPERSONALES para ser dedicadas a alguien sea para el acercamiento o como revancha y despedida: “it’s not me it’s you the one who never got a clue “ al menos con esta canción a los simpatizantes de dicho sector ya les dieron algo con que interesarlos un poco más en un momento dado.

Animosity continues to be my favourite song from Mayday. Second favourite changes from day to day depending on my mood.
Mine as well, it's been hard to pick between Choke and Animosity as my very favorite of the album. As of right now, Animosity is winning by a nose LOL

This song is IMHO, a master class in composition. The lyrics & musical arrangements are on another level. Dany's vocals are stunning and the bassline is crazy good.
Would not be surprised to note that "Animosity" has probably it roots back from the old XXICentury Blood and QTMS times, at least parts of it. This song is so strong and PURE Warning sound. What a gem on "Mayday"!
And also the fact this effected our great Pau...I love all their songs,but the ones like Dany singing when im alone and now this one about real life to Paulina,it touches a little deeper IMO!!

Completely agree with you, Thomas. Ale's bass is simply amazing. With a flawless rhythm between the bass and the drums which support the riffs and the voice of Dany. A masterpiece, one more from these three exceptional sisters.

I love every song I have heard on the EP thus far, but this has to be one of my absolute favorites! The lyrics are both genius and relatable, and the composition of the track is perfect for me. I sure have been warned of these women and their immense talent to compose stellar tracks😌

So many elements in this mayday ep! I heard like a 3-4-5 rock genre in one EP, wonder if ale do write songs too?, But to pau and dany when making up of a song for every era to listen to! They said once in a live on instagram that they all contribute to the music. I think I watched an interview in spanish once where they said Ale came up with the bass intro for Dust to Dust and they picked it up from there.

This is my favorite song from today! Disciple is heavier, Z has this awesome guitar solo… but Animosity has personal lyrics I can relate to, the melody is so touching, beautiful! I have declared The Warning my favorite new Rock Band and I hate to be critical because every single song it's awesome! There is a very similar melody between Animosity and Martirio on the chorus but other than that this song it's really good. Rock on!
