- Follow along when I make this nice Christmas gnome from a piece of steel bar. This large size stock really needs a power hammer, but the same techniques should be possible to apply on smaller stock as well.

You actually thought the video was about making a gnome. He is a blacksmith. It was really about making the tools to make a gnome. You can’t just make tools for no reason.

Torbjörn, I love how you paired the new gnome up with the votive candle holders you made some time ago (6 years ago already!). You inspire me to get off my rear and set my forge up again. There is something about making hot steel move the way you want and making what's in your minds eye come to life.
