Seriously i wish these came out like 2 years ago before i spent a bunch of money on buying singles of old school cards just to feed my childhood nostalgia.
This opening is pretty insane. Definitely a hit of nostalgia and honestly, I'm all for it. I know it's not the same as OG print, but it's still quite nice to see.
I honestly can't wait to get my booster box of these reprints later this year. The fact that you also got basically every promo in the first display is so crazy also whoever sent you that email is crazy
20:50 That Jinzo is beautiful!! I’m in the process of buying up as much reprints as I can. I love cracking packs, and recollecting what I lost! I need quite a bit still, but Jinzo is definitely up there as one of my favorites.
leaving aside the 25th anniversary rarity, I like the collection! it allows new players to experience what it was to open packs in the early years, and give a bit of nostalgia to old players, without having to spend a lot of money
I don't like how expensive and close together they're releasing the reprint sets but it has got my older sister who only played as a kid wanting to open packs.
This set is cool especially for those who want to open reprints of older sets, even if it’s in the new card layout, but I wish we would’ve gotten anniversary sets like the OCG did for their 20th anniversary !
Great title, really detailed and informative. Showed this to my friend and he now understands damage step , link , pendulmn , fusion , synchro and xyz , and , of course, how to normal summon aleister 10/10 Edit: Title was “Yu-Gi-Oh”
13:26 Sucks that they didn't give little Penguin Knight the problem solving card text. Guess we'll still be "uniting our Graveyard cards and our own Decks, shuffling them and forming a new Deck." 😔✌🏻
I love this anniversary pack. I have two display cases preordered and I can't wait for them to come in. I just recently got back into yugioh after having not played or paid any attention to the brand since I was a kid and having all these packs I remember playing with being so easily accessible with these reprints just gives me so much nostalgia.
I can’t wait for the whole collection to come out, I’m getting two booster boxes each and doing draft duels with my friends when this comes out. I can’t wait and I’m so excited for this
I LOVE retro Yu gi oh, I found your channel a few years ago when watching you open old packs and it gave me a wave of nostalgia that i couldnt refuse! I think you will pull plenty of foils! Im so excited to see this unboxing!
ANOTHER BANGER VID RUXIN!! ✌️😁🎉 I wanna see that email 📧 that says you talk too much Ruxin. Also I’m surprised that you mentioned Tearlaments/Ishizu when you pulled Agido at 15:33 instead of when you pulled: Mudora: 8:17 Keldo: 10:15
Finally opened up my one last night. Haven’t opened new yugioh cards in probably about 20 years. So nostalgic, got a REBD for my 25th and pulled a Change of Heart holo, made it all worth it.
Anyone else Notice that even though these are ( Retro Packs ) Harpies Brother is Called Sky Scout in these 25th Anniversary Sets. Noticed one was pulled but the Name wasn't picked up due to the Fast Openings
I'm honestly glad that they didn't bump up the rates of the foils for these packs. Even if they look like the modern cards, they're doing something to retain some value of the originals and make it a crazy thing to pull a foil.
i just love how every intro i get to see the gengar plushie but on george since all my cards I had as a kid were damaged beyond belief due to duel disk shenanigans i'm beyond happy for this release
I'm so excited for this rerelease, especially if they decide to actually release the full boxes of cards. I've been wanting to try doing a 'progression' style series with my partner to help us learn how to play the game, but all these old sets were just insanely tough to find cards in.
I’m 35 and played yugioh every morning in the library before school started. I got my first job just to buy packs cuz my deck was getting no where with my mom buying me one booster a week. The nostalgia is such a treat :)
I'm super excited for this set!! I'll be at my card shop when they open!! Love watching you open these! Brings back so many memories of these being released and the opening the packs up when the set was new... hard to believe it's been 25 years already...
Can’t wait to get the promo cards and the full sets. It being a reprint in the new card style, it’s just good to experience opening the packs again even though the value may not be there
25th anniversary rares look a bit tryhard for my liking with how ridiculously shiny they are, but I think the inclusion of multiple classic sets instead of just mashing everything into a homogeneous pool of cards is pretty fun!
I love the fact that these exist. As someone that was around when the show and card game came out, being able to pull all these old cards again is an absolute treat.
Funny enough, the Blue-Eyes Toon Dragon is, quite literally, the best possible pull you can get out of all 6 of these sets. In terms of value, the next highest-priced card is Jinzo, which is a Secret Rare in Pharaoh's Servant, and Delinquent Duo, which is an Ultra Rare in Spell Ruler.
Controversial opinion - I think that the larger art box for these reprinted OG sets does make for a great new way to appreciate these old cards. Can't wait to open some of my own this week!
I love all the old equipe cards and field spells, i always want to build decks around them. Haha of course they suck in modern formats but it is fun to see them played!
These boxes are pretty cool for someone like me who missed out on the originals since I was like...a literal baby when the original sets came out. Does kinda stink that they are the errata though, the awkward old text is funny
I love the 25th anniversary collection, but am quite disappointed not to have possible 25th century rares in the packs. I think about 20 foils will be on average.
This brings back so many memories as a kid I had a blue few eyes at 3 or 4 and they really could've been 1st edition and I remember 1 of them was a foil but they burnt up in a house fire when I was young
I really like the invasion of Chaos Packs. In generell it is nice for everyone who missed out on the original Packs. The Pullrate of the Packs is at it was before. The Promo addition of the one 25th Rare is super nice. Even though i would have chosen other Artworks for Dark Magician, Red Eyes and Blue Eyes as i really do not like these Artworks personally in particular. But that is pretty subjective and seemingly the Tins has at least for the DM my favorite Artwork. So it is okay
The Ice Cream truck music in the background drove me nuts. I keep looking out my window and pausing the video trying to figure out where that sound was coming from. I thought my phone was doing an alarm but far away. Tripped me out bad. I hate anxiety..
Love the new legendary collections. I think it would actually be really cool if they had quarter century rare for every holo that could be pulled at maybe a lower rate than secrets. Even if they don’t, I love how newer casual players can get these packs! I think you’ll pull 12 holos
The ratios were nuts! Then again these reprints are supposed to have better odds. But that legendary fisherman really ruined it. What legendary quality control
So nostalgic. Old school packs. I actually like the new way the cards look. Though I think the Quarter Century Rare is a little too shiny, in my opinion.
Ooh, a full case! My one box was super light on the foils, but did have a secret rare, so I'mma guess today's going to be an average of two foils a box
Man! i totally love this vintage nostalgia! man! pulling the best cards from the sets has to be the best thing! The only thing i never understand is Why there's no reprints of Legacy of Darkness, Labirinth of Nightmare, Pharaonic Guardian, Magician's Force and Ancient Sanctuary? somebody knows?
I was here when the video was just called Yu-Gi-Oh!
😂😂😂
Me too
My notification said that and I laughed lol
Me too
Real ones
Love that the higher rarities were much rarer back in the older sets, made them much more meaningful to pull
As someone who lost an insane collection growing up I’m loving that they’re making these boxes.
Me to I wish they left the cards the way they were though
Seriously i wish these came out like 2 years ago before i spent a bunch of money on buying singles of old school cards just to feed my childhood nostalgia.
SAME
Sameeee i had gotten almost every og tin and starter deck just to lose them.. sadge
I just like the oldschool yugioh way more then the modern yugioh that's why is love this set

Edit: Title was “Yu-Gi-Oh”
The guardian of the throne room having a green rocket thing is really odd. When did they change that? Blast juggler looks weird too.
Feel like this will get old players/collectors back into the hobby. So much nostalgia!
13:26 Sucks that they didn't give little Penguin Knight the problem solving card text. Guess we'll still be "uniting our Graveyard cards and our own Decks, shuffling them and forming a new Deck." 😔✌🏻

This case hits hard for me, seeing all these cards make me feel like a kid again. Thanks so much ruxin
You merely adopted Yugioh , I was born in it. Molded by it. I didn’t see the light until I was a man.
Hey is that a scam
The first comment is a bot and scam , beware.
The Egyptian god promos could have been the legal versions with alternate artworks. Or at least the anniversary rare versions.
What a year this will be. So much to look forward to, great time to be a Yugioh fan.
I am quite excited to get some of these myself. Still love the quarter century rare, shiny cardboard is shiny.
I really like them reprinting older cards in these sets. Brings back the memories.
I don't mind the longer videos, and I like being informed when you take the time, I dont see a lot of other creators doing this either
This is such a cool opening! Love the "older" packs and the new rarity!
I LOVE retro Yu gi oh,
I found your channel a few years ago when watching you open old packs and it gave me a wave of nostalgia that i couldnt refuse!
I think you will pull plenty of foils!
Im so excited to see this unboxing!
A whole case?!!! I’m just happy to getting one! Can’t wait to see what’s comes out of this! Way to please the crowd Ruxin!
ANOTHER BANGER VID RUXIN!! ✌️😁🎉 I wanna see that email 📧 that says you talk too much Ruxin.
Also I’m surprised that you mentioned Tearlaments/Ishizu when you pulled Agido at 15:33 instead of when you pulled:
Mudora: 8:17
Keldo: 10:15
I’m so excited for these types of openings. Honestly therapeutic
10:02. Had an ad break right at the build up. Are ad break’s scheduled or random?
Finally opened up my one last night. Haven’t opened new yugioh cards in probably about 20 years. So nostalgic, got a REBD for my 25th and pulled a Change of Heart holo, made it all worth it.

Noticed one was pulled but the Name wasn't picked up due to the Fast Openings
Predicting 15 foils out of 120 packs! At first I wasn’t that much of a fan of the reprint set, but I’m gonna grab one or two when they’re at Target
26:00 "I know you probably stopped watching at this point, you are a true and loyal viewer or you must like this product" ... yes

Still stoked to get my hands on some of these! Congrats on the toon dragon and jinzo bro 😎
Love these old scool cards, reminds me of the time me and my friends didn't know english and we just made things up about them on the go.
Our 25th century secret rares should have been the OCGs extra secret rares. Instead of just making them starlight rares with a stamp!
I’m 35 and played yugioh every morning in the library before school started. I got my first job just to buy packs cuz my deck was getting no where with my mom buying me one booster a week. The nostalgia is such a treat :)
Pretty cool that with a case you get almost a full booster box of all 6 sets (20 packs each).
Isn't guardian of the throne room suppose to have red missile tips not green?
I'm super excited for this set!! I'll be at my card shop when they open!! Love watching you open these! Brings back so many memories of these being released and the opening the packs up when the set was new... hard to believe it's been 25 years already...
I'm bummed, I opened one and a half display cases and all of the promo cards had what look like roller lines/smudges on the back in the middle.
I love how I’m hearing the suspense music before the blue eyes toon dragon you’re about to reveal it and BAM AN ADD BY UA-cam RIGHT THERE… lmaoo
Would love the mini box! What an amazing case! Hope to see one of the big 3 (DM, Red eyes, BEWD) or DMOC out of these! Awesome opening
Imagine if they also added the original art and/or other art for Blue-Eyes, Dark Magician, and Red-Eyes.
Are all Secret Rares available to be pulled from these packs because I remember the original, some of them were only in the 36 pack boxes and what not
are they gonna sell the reprint packs in their own booster boxes?
THEY need to releases the og arts for the 25th anniversary cards ! pretty cool that they did something at least !
I'm loving how this collection is looking, especially the blue eyes, hope I can get my hands on one.
This case is the first case I've bought in 15 years. Sweet!
I love the fact that these exist. As someone that was around when the show and card game came out, being able to pull all these old cards again is an absolute treat.
I like how the Egyptian gods and the three original monsters are starlight rares as the promos
Feeling you with the Celeste Background Soundtrack Ruxin
Pulled the exact same Blue-Eyes Toon yesterday! Box also had 2 25th Promo BEWD in 1 box too! Sick card
It feels like they definitely raised the secret rare pull rate. This was just an unusual amount of secrets for reprint packs.
I wish there were at least 2 foils per mini box on average, but there seems to be older ratios regardless of the other updates
I’m definitely liking these new promo holos, I was around for the original holos and makes me glad to see them and all the cards I used to have
Man. I just want some of the commons and supers from my childhood in my pokemon binder to just look at. The art is so nostalgic
I'm drooling over the actual reprints lol the Slifer secret rare promo is my favorite for sure
Nice to see these old packs coming out again! Would have loved to see a Buster Blader, but that Jinzo was a great pull!
Controversial opinion - I think that the larger art box for these reprinted OG sets does make for a great new way to appreciate these old cards. Can't wait to open some of my own this week!
How is piece of the gate guardisn just three fiddy?
I just love how many normal classic monsters are in here. Can't wait to pick up a Mystical elf like that one
Love that they made a box with some old cards / packs
I love all the old equipe cards and field spells, i always want to build decks around them. Haha of course they suck in modern formats but it is fun to see them played!
Are the starlight rares with the attributes in a different language a misprint? I've been scouring the Internet for info but can't find anything.
Great pulls! I still wish these had the OG layouts and non-errata text, but this will be great for goat format
Love this product! Pure Nostalgia and for all OG's a MUST HAVE!🙏🏾❤️
I'm so hyped for the 25th Legendary Collection set!!
Thats exactly what i looked at, when i got hooked on yugioh again-ruxin opening old packs. Man so cool we finally have this thing
But that is pretty subjective and seemingly the Tins has at least for the DM my favorite Artwork. So it is okay
Back from a long break from yugioh and I’m glad I’m getting back into it with this releasing!
That Legendary Fisherman was BATTLE SCARED!!! 🤣
It felt so good to open all those boosters. I pulled a blue eyes like back in the days when I was a kid
If the LOB packs have the original art for Blue Eyes, DM and Red Eyes that'd be sick
The pull rates for foils seems high. Nice change of pace with the vintage packs. That jinzo looks sharp.
I wonder if the new reprints will be worth bulk grading
The Ice Cream truck music in the background drove me nuts. I keep looking out my window and pausing the video trying to figure out where that sound was coming from. I thought my phone was doing an alarm but far away. Tripped me out bad. I hate anxiety..
Love the new legendary collections. I think it would actually be really cool if they had quarter century rare for every holo that could be pulled at maybe a lower rate than secrets. Even if they don’t, I love how newer casual players can get these packs! I think you’ll pull 12 holos
My theory is that the Ruxin special is good luck because the streak of pack luck after one is insane 😂
I love that I can rebuild the original decks using the cards from this set!!! 🤯🤯🤯
The ratios were nuts! Then again these reprints are supposed to have better odds.
But that legendary fisherman really ruined it. What legendary quality control
Right in the nostalgia, it’s awesome having all this OG cards in this new print. Looking forward to pull the promo set
Awesome vid! One of the cards I want is the Jinzo.
The promo 25ths are 🔥
I like the quarter century rares with the modern card layout but the regular old cards look weird
The second secret rare from the first case got me sooooo envious lol, I hope I get it too when I open my packs
I love these sets. I got Slifer 25th, Summoned Skull, and Raigeki in the one box i bought. Super happy with those pulls 😊
7:07 everybody wants that blue eyes white silver fang!
Awesome opening, really looking forward to getting all the old foils that I missed out on pulling as a kid.
Man! i totally love this vintage nostalgia! man! pulling the best cards from the sets has to be the best thing! The only thing i never understand is Why there's no reprints of Legacy of Darkness, Labirinth of Nightmare, Pharaonic Guardian, Magician's Force and Ancient Sanctuary? somebody knows?
what do you do with most of the cards you have like do you stored them or sell them?
