Blocks are not good for weight bearing, and you have not talked about the expenses on columns and beams? Compare the cost of construction with blocks (columns/beams) and bricks?

You have to use thermal insulation on your south and west facing wall. Concrete blocks do heat up more than bricks.

First of all congratulations u r doing a good job but particularly on this topic ur information is not correct Blocks r not good or reliable as compared to solid red bricks Becoz these blocks r not strong as compared to bricks so saving the cost will result in damages (Allah nah Kary) .... Yes u can use them for outside walls but for ceiling and Internal walls avoid using these blocks...

In Dubai entire buildings are made from blocks. The video already mentions that blocks are used as curtain wall. You have to use beam column construction method and then use blocks.

Dnt agree with you.
Things are not that simple.
Concrete blocks are very very heavy weight and structure turns extreamly heavy.
Lighter structure are better and safer.
Moreover after passing time natural wear n tear ll start in blocks.
I ll wait for your flyash video.

First in most areas good quality blocks are not available .there is too much 2 Numberi and weak quality of blocks ..they use very less cement and made very weak blocks ..second blocks are not good for weight bearing ..if you have good quality blocks then the only possible and good solution is rcc structure and blocks should only be used for filler walls not for load bearing ..
