I would say, there should be some Real estate Regulatory institute/Board in Pakistan to run the Real-estate Websites and associated Realtors profession, as in abroad. like USA, Canada No fake ads can be placed, any violation may cancel/suspend Realtor (dealer) license. Hope sometimes it will happen in Pakistan.
