You have inspired me to improve my eating habits a ton, and that have lead to me being able to manage my nerve disease so much better! I’ve been able to walk for a longer time, I sleep a lot better despite my annoying neighbour🤬. Btw I’m now convinced that he has wooden legs, judging by the sound of him pacing in his apartment. I'm a very early riser myself & love coming down to brew my coffee ☕️, feed the cats while I have a little quiet time to myself before my husband gets up at 5:30/6 am. Love hearing the birds 🐦 chirp & when the sun is out 💛. Make lunches for my 2 little girls & get them ready before they're off to school!! I like to start my day with a walk (weather permitting), do my workout & end the day with a nice evening stroll. But in between, I am a very busy gal. Yes, I am a stay at home mom, but I work my tail off all day between chores and being my husband's office manager for his roofing company . He's the owner, but I'm the front end, the back end, lol. It's very tedious work and of course it's the busy season soooo.... yeah, I'm a busy gal but wouldn't have it any other way 😊. Plus, at the end of the day, I'm so exhausted we're in bed by 8:30/9 pm. ❤🤗😎. Hello Biceps 💪, Lan!! I just love your indoor/garage gym 🏋️♀️.... you're stacked with all the right equipment! I do have 2 things I want again in my life; a nice mountain bike (or whatever suits me best now) & rollerblades! Plus some hikes this summer!! #GOALS. Love ya's xoxoxo ✌️🎾🏅
There is nothing better, than waking up, to a beautiful, sunshiny day!!! I wish I could send you some of my sunshine...I live in, "the Sunshine State", Florida. We're having sunny 85-95° F. days. We have a ton of humidity with it though...ugh!! You have encouraged me to change to healthier eating habits, and walking, as much as physically possible. I had 3 surgeries, on my upper femur and lower femur, last year, which makes it a bit more challenging to walk long distances. I'm doing my best, and lifting my weights again. This video inspired me to try and overhead press 30s cuz I’ve been stuck at 27.5 for ages as well…. And I did two sets of 15 🥹 I’m giddy!! Thanks for the encouragement, it feels like we are doing this together!
I’ve been doing yoga 3-5 times a week for about a year and a half and I’m working on getting a consistent running routine together. I’d love to introduce a weights day one a week or so, but I can only afford so many gym memberships haha. I’ve been making do with bands and the few weights my partner has at home
first thing is take dog out for a walk, then breakfast; lately I'm into healthy Kaiserschmarrn with yoghurt and fresh strawberries (it's their season here in the UK). Then comes coffee and skincare and start my day. I plan to wake up earlier and go gym before all this so then there's one less thing to do in the day and I don't get to worry that I never make it to the gym in the afternoon.
Your yard is just so beautiful!!! We recently hired a landscape architect to design us something to spruce up our new home & the quote to have it professionally done is OUTRAGEOUS so we are taking on the landscaping life which is fun but also exhausting so your yard is giving me motivation to get it done!

I would love a video about how you keep the productivity going throughout the day, especially working from home. I’ve been working from home (corporate girly with an occasional office visit) since 2020, and I can get started with some stretching, or hopping on either the peloton tread or bike, before I shower and get ready for work BUT I think I struggle throughout the day and idk if that’s age or what. I had surgery on my foot so I haven’t been able to get back into that specific workout routine in the morning. All of that to say, since you are often working from home, how do you keep the momentum going until your work day is done? (Also, please note I know you probably don’t have an “end” to your work day, especially with EDM, but I hope you get my point ha).

I have used L glutamine for 4 years....found a huge difference swapping it to directly after workouts. Less DOMs. Worth a shot :)
