    Also just keeping your sanity living in a cold climate and waking up and getting out at 5 am is mind blowing to me . I would probably look out the window, go back to bed and cry

    Dishwashing liquid (dish soap?) is great for getting stains out of clothing, particularly if they are oily substances. Just put a little bit on the stain, rub it in a little bit, or brush with a soft bristled brush like a toothbrush, and wash as normal 👍🏻

    Put Dawn dishsoap, lemon juice, and baking soda on your sweatshirt stain, make it into a paste, scrub it with an old toothbrush, let it sit for a few hours, then wash. It really does take stains out! My mom taught me this trick a few years ago and it works! Even with stains that are already dried and “set”

    Definitely right to keep your ground chia in the fridge. They have omega-3s in them which can oxidize and go rancid much faster if left at room temp. Same goes for ground flax if you use that as well

    a few tips & tricks from someone who starts working out at 4am to get it done before work: protein drinks are a great substitute for creamer in coffee! trying putting protein powder in your oatmeal, so delicious, gives it great sweetness (i just do oatmeal, powder, flax seeds, chia seeds, and hemp seeds, then toppings like banana and PB), lay out your workout clothes & plan your workout the night before, and set your alarm across the room so that you physically have to get up to turn it off. :)

      I was literally going to make a comment about putting protein powder in your oatmeal. It gives it such a great flavor (my favorite is to do a chocolate powder). I will say it does make your oatmeal quite thick. You definitely have to add a lot of liquid.

    After yeeeaaars of magnesium intake I just found out this summer that you're not supposed to take anything else at the same time 🙈 since magnesium will rush all of the other supplements through your digestive system and you might absorb only a fraction of their benefits because of that. The golden rule is to wait 20-30 minutes before and after magnesium intake. See if it makes a difference with your energy levels. I hope so! Good luck dear ❤

    In regards to not knowing if supplements are doing anything, you're meant to take a blood panel before supplementation to get a baseline so that you can determine their impact. Hope that helps!

    • @ievappp
      @ievappp Рік тому +1

      I think that's more common in Europe where I'm from to supplement based on a blood panel. I always find it curious watching content creators that I follow from the US or Canada supplementing - what seems to me - blindly/excessively, but I think it's just very normal there. Whereas where I'm from, we only supplement "blindly" with vitamin D as it's considered always lacking due to our climate. Anything else is typically based on a blood panel.

    • @MorganHowell-Kastner
      @MorganHowell-Kastner Рік тому

      I agree! I went to my women’s health doctor and told her what I was struggling with, she did a full blood panel and told me what I needed to be supplementing. I so appreciate knowing what I actually need to be taking so I’m not spending tons of money on supplements I don’t need!

    Not sure if Dejan cut it out or if you didn't do it but it's worth mentioning that we should wash our hands after styling our hair if we are going to follow with skin care. So we aren't rubbing those hair products all over our face and causing breakouts. I have to choose between possible breakouts or wet hands that make me be cold for an hour. Ngl, sometimes hair products are getting rubbed onto my face because I just can't deal with wet hands early in the mornin in the dead of winter😂

    If your sweatsuit is 100% cotton, try washing it in a 60C wash. And pretreat the stain with stain remover or dish washing liquid (Fairy if you have it in Canada, or what ever the blue stuff is next to your sink 😆) before you wash it. Let the remover/Fairy sit for 10-15min before you throw it in the wash. Fairy removes oily/greasy stains so well 🙏 Cotton can take hotter water and you should be able to wash everything 100% cotton without it shrinking in 60C (I sometimes wash out sheets in 95C wash also).

    DIY body question / The Program question! Body builders or mortals that participate in this #ShredWorld 😅 usually reverse diet out of a deficit - progressively adding more calories over time, until your body changes its ‘set point’ and maintains your new physique with normal calories. Or they take breaks from deficits, because over time your body changes its set point to your deficit calories and you won’t see any more progress. Is that also the plan for you? 💪

    As a night owl, this is mind blowing to me 😳. I would happily sleep at 3am everyday if I could, but unfortunately the world was built by early birds, so I have to get up at 6am and even after all those years it does not happen naturally. You saying in multiple videos that you go to sleep at 9pm is so weird to me. This is the time I am the most productive!

    No protein powder for me.. you body absorbs so much per serving, nice you consume it through out the day.
    Looking awesome.. been lacking in my workouts for enjoying my spinning phase.💪🏽💪🏽
