Dude that was some seriously bad spotting and the driving wasn’t much better. Spend some time with your local off-road club and develop your skill set before taking on some of these more advanced trails. It would be a real bum me to see you all become another statistic.
And that is the base model 4R, the SR5, very impressive. Imagine the capabilities of the TRD Off Road or TRD Pro? Toooyyyyota!
They’re very capable, but I have to say, this base model has many modifications
I have the trd off road. Ironically, I use the extra features like crawl control and dif lock a lot less than I thought I would. It is very capable before engaging the extras. I'm assuming the SR5 is much more capable even stock than most people think.

See SR5 is more than enough. I’m sitting here debating between an sr5 or Trd off road. Maybe add a rear locker to the sr5 but that’s about it

What is stopping you? I have been 6 times. Just go. Rent a UTV and do Chicken Corners. Don't attempt this trail unless you are very skilled. I did it 3 times. Not too hard, but you can easily roll. Rentals are over $20k. A simple roll will cost you over $10k out of pocket.

Toyota's always impress me; they are truly made to go off road.
No offense but you clearly have no business on this trail. You lack any driving skills and your tires were not very grippy. Also, having a bad spotter is worse then no spotter.
2:21 What on earth were both of you thinking? Clearty not much. You nearly rolled several times. ALWAYS take inclines dead on straight. Low and slow. Back down if it is not working- don't go sideways and nail the throttle. That never ends well. People have died on this trail.
I have run HR three (3) times. There are other spots up there that you would get yourself into real trouble- like on the way up to the Hot Tub area. Risking your life for a few views is not worth it. For your own safety, please don't attempt ever again unless you A. get good instruction and B. go with a competant spotter. TIP: When your spotters voice goes up 2 octaves, and they rush, and shout out numerous conflicting commands- they are clueless.
