Teya, great video and introduction for travelers that have not used the rail link. This brings good memories for me as I have used the link both ways
Thank you very much, Butch
Thanks, Teya! Very useful information. I think this will be a better option than a taxi when I arrive this time, and can enjoy the view along the way into the city. 🙂
Yes . Better experience some new things
Great video, very useful. We will use the Airport Link the next time we arrive in BKK!
Please do!

Thanks Teya! Great video! I’ll use it next time I’m in bkk. Last time it was new and I didn’t hear about it till I was leaving.. and then didn’t dare try it since I didn’t know anything about it… like times etc❤🎉❤🇹🇭
I hope you feel comfortable to do it now. Thank you for watching my videos 😊

Also now train from Don Mueang to Bangkok center
Noted!

Nice tiya
Thank youuuuuuu 🙏
Good post
Thank you ❤️
Love it
Thank youuuuuuu 🙏
Very simple and easy to understand instructions for the Bangkok Airport Rail Link. I am going to Bangkok soon and look forward to putting this information to use!
Glad it's helpful ☺️
Very helpful
Glad it helped
love it. love looking ou the window. Years ago before the BTS got too crowded I would ride all over Bamgkok. Used to be able to actually sit down. Now it is not as good but still a great way to get around. I travel with just a carry on and have used the Rail Link several times
Cool !!
Very good video
Thank you 🙏
thanks a lot...
Thank you too
Long time no see..sa waadeekap...😉 always waiting new info..👍✌
Sawadee kaaaa
Thanks for doing my Thailand-Pass in December
Thank you too. Are you based in Pattaya? I was there 2 weeks ago.
UK now, Moving to Thailand Oct
A nice helpful guide, your English is very good, good to see Thailand has improved enormouslly with infrastructure ✌️♥️🇬🇧
Thank you so much 💟
Great video Teya. I have used the Airport link and MRT/BTS in the past. It's a great way to get around. After traveling 25 to 30 hours and arriving at BKK around 1 or 2 am, I usually grab an airport hotel shuttle, head to a close by hotel and then sleep for 8-10 hours. If you could do a video showing a few airport hotels it would be greatly appreciated. I stayed at the Sinsuvarn Airport hotel on my last trip and was very disappointed. Keep the videos coming.
Oh really? How disappointing? I stayed at dormitory one. I was very happy. I will see the chance to do this video but it's not easy. I need to survey and take time to research. Let's see
That is Great information !!! I'm hitting Bangkok in November
Have fun!
@@ItsThaithings Love your people and country been 18 years sice I been to your wonderful country can't wat :)
THANK you 🇺🇲
You're welcome
@@ItsThaithings 🌷⚘️🍀😇♥️🎀❤️🏝
Well, this is a trip down memory lane, I haven't been in Bangkok for 4 years, but I will be using the link in October, so this is very useful to jog my memory 😀 🙏🙏🙏
Yessss🇹🇭🙏
i have always used this to and from airport. fast and easy
Exactly !!
Thank you for the great video Khun Teya! I traveled to Bangkok just 2 weeks before Covid started to close everything down. The Airport Link was closed for repairs at that time, so I'm looking forward to trying it on my next trip! :)
Glad it was helpful!
We don't like your disturbing people in Thailand
Hi Teya, fantastic step by step information video.
Super helpful, more like these please.
Tip for subscribers is the RABBIT card which one can use and purchase at any BTS station too use on Bangkok public transport system. 😊🙏🙏😊
Great tip! Thank you, Peter. I'll make more for sure.
Yes, but what is really bad about Public Transport in Bangkok is that there is no common ticketing for BTS, ARL MRT and coach services. For MRT you to use a card, for BTS the rabbit card, and for coaches you have to pay extra again.
I wish BKK would introduce the long promised "Spider Card" finally-
Hi
Nice vid, i think many people can get good info from your vid, and maybe good for some people to see how quickl and easy it realy is.
Stay safe

Thank you
Good afternoonTEYA goodjob ALWAYS BE HAPPY GOD BLESSYOU
Thank youuuuuuu 🙏🙏
your video is very nice
Thank you
Great vid again pretty laby I think that the air port link is the best in the world for price ! and time pete
I rarely experience airport link in many countries enough to compare but that's nice 🙂
One month ago I was use the sky train from BKK airport to Phaya Thai
nice
Thanks
어릴때 카오산로드 갔던게 생각나네요.
요즘에는 카오산로드가 많이 바뀌었습니다. 돌아가서 한 번 더 살펴봐야 합니다.
Excellent video. I always wonder about the areas passing when I take the rail link from the airport. I hope you have a video on how to take the river transport
Yes I will do all which is useful for tourists. Let me recover from the sickness first I will start again soon. Thanks for watching 💕💜🙏
good,
Thank you
You bought a ticket to Lat Krabang but went to Phayathai! 😉 Anyway, thanks for the video! It was a pleasure to ride the train with you and enjoy the views. I used to live in Prawet and Baan Tap Chang was the ARL station closest to our house.
I didnt go out of the train station. It's still free of charge. hehehe...
You are the best darling excellent
Thank you. I am glad it's useful 😊
Excelente information from lovely Teya. Everyone knows that in some cities taxis have some taximeter "problems". Kaep kun krap 🙏
Taxi meter are greedy. I feel bad for a good one. It's not good reputation
Sabai Dee mai
👍
Hi Teya , very informative, how would I get to on nut from that service ? Must admit it’s so much quicker by train keep the videos coming and thank you for providing this service
Thank you, Paul. You can get off at either A5 Ramkhamhaeng station OR A6 Makkasan station. And then continue by meter taxi. If you get of at A6, you will be able to use underground (MRT) but you still need to continue to BTS for OnNut station. I think it's waste time and more complicated plus price of taxi could be not different from those extend trains.
Sawadee Krap - TEYA, I trust you are well, you look good to me ha! ha! ( Stop It John ) Very Professional approach to this excellent Video, very helpful indeed. Well Done. 10-10 John Mc
Stop it John 🤣😂🤣🤣
Nice video! Please, don’t erase it never, never.
That's the plan!
The best video I have seen so far, I was a bit confused on what exactly was the airport link compared to the BTS AND MRT. Thanks for clarifying this.
I am glad it's useful for you. Thank you 🙏
good tips about the trainlink , didnt knew about the cleaning bit and would've stepped on as soon as the doors opened (and prolly been warned or at least looked at funny ) if you need to transfer to the BTS you need to get off at Phaya Thai BTS station.(according to the video its the last station )
wat i wouldve liked to have seen in this video (as im a first time tourist in bangkok ) is where to get / buy the rabit card for the BTS system , i know it should be somewhere at that station but im not sure where or how long it takes to get one and how to add cash/tokens to the card if you dont have a thai bank account/creditcard/ phone pay app
Rabbit Card is NOT for the airport link but BTS sky train one. You can buy at their ticket office
🙏🙏🇹🇭
Thank you
Awesome guide! By the way, is the airport link open at around 3am? I will be arriving at this time. If not, what time does it open? Thanks a lot!
it's start from 05.30 am.
Get a good view of Bang
Yes Thank you.
If you have heavy luggage there is a lift at Phaya Thai from the train level to the station exit or BTS concourse. Also, when the link first opened there were non-stop trains which were a little more expensive. They were soon taken out of service. I wonder if there are any plans to reintroduce them in the future?
I think it will be when tourists are back to normal again and it's worth to re open
@@ItsThaithings Possibly but it closed long before covid!
Much better with no mask seeing smile
Thailand land of smiles
yessss
Oh when i see the train driving i get emotional, i not know why i feel something special about krungthjep.
Stay safe

Thank you ☺️
We love riding the airport link from Suvarnabhumi airport in the city and then onto the BTS . Great way to get around.
Nice 👍
บ้านผมอยู่หมู่บ้านสวนสนบางกะปิ ต้องลงสถานีอะไรครับ ขอบคุณมากครับ?
😍😍😍😍
Thank you
Thank you for this very useful information. I will buy you a coffee. If I want to get to Nana BTS Station, where do I get off the rail link from the airport? What stop and what transportation do I use from there to Nana BTS station?
You just reach to the end and continue from Payathai station BTS to Nana station
@@ItsThaithings Kop koon kup
So much cheaper than taxi next time take train. Thanks for your travel info. Keep up the good work
Thank you very much, John
Hello Teya. Very informative video for such an important topic: the Airport Link from Subh. Airport to the City. BUT first one must have BAHTs! Where can we exchange our money upon arrival at the airport before heading to the airport link? ATM, booths? Where are they generally located?... Then we can proceed to the airport link. Thank you for answering this practical question.
Another practical question: apart from the Airport Link, are there besides single tickets also cards with several fares to buy for MRT and BTS?
done some pre holliday recearch for that (its kindof prefun and planning the holliday for me) :
follow sign Rail link down and ask for the closest Superrich or money Value.
Super Rich at Suvarnabhumi Airport (the orange one) is open daily from 05:30 to 20:30.
Normally Super Rich at Suvarnabhumi Airport offer exchange rate that is lower than current mid-market rate by about 0.10-0.25 THB per 1 Euro.
For banknotes of 50 EUR banknote - lower by 0.15-0.20 THB per 1 Euro, for smallest notes (20-5 EUR) - lower by 0.20-0.25 THB per 1 Euro ....... the bigger the foreighn bills the better the exchange rate you can use a creditcard or atm card but usually there added costs for atm use abroad and a lower exchange rate , it differs per branch and from wat i heared going intoo a thai bank to pin money straight intoo thai currency is allso cheaper in terms of added costs / exchange rate , still not as good as superrich and using foreighn cash
while youre at it and before you get on the train you might want to go back upstairs and get a thai simcard too , theres a 7-11 supermarket at departure Suvarnabhumi Airport near the lift to the observatiedeck on the 6th floor
looked intoo all the options availble and truemove net ready prepay simkaart seems the most bang for buck : 30 days free data 20 gig at 2 Mbps after that 128Kbps price according to my research 120 baht , telefone cost 0.90 baht per minute valid for 30 days (then it becomes prepay data and call ) since most tourist dont stay longer than that it should be good value for money
ถ้าผมลงที่สถานีรามคำแหง สามารถไปหมู่บ้านสวนสน บางกะปิ ได้ไหมครับ?
Your video is really helpful. If I’m going to khet Sathon, what station should I be going? Thank you in advance.
There's no station near Sathorn. You must change to BTS train line and Sathorn is long street. There's many station to get off from BTS
A tourist guide since 1998? You've leading people around since you were 5? Amazing.
Yes 🤣😂😂
Nice, very informative. How I able to go Sukumvit ( Station 21 or Nana) ?
You must get off at Makkasan Station and use MRT line and get off at Sukhumwit station
This is VERY useful for my trip there soon👍 So we need to keep the TOKEN to use for exiting? I thought maybe we can just THROW in the garbage🤔 I was thinking of taking this in town but I'm going to SILOM and I would need to transfer, seems too complicated, so I just decided to take the LIMO BUS that goes directly to SILOM, it's not as cheap but seems more convenient😁🚌
I wonder if you throw in the garbage , how could you get out of the train station. Yes, Silom is complicated to travel by train
Airport link to Phaya Thai, Skytrain Phaya Thai to Siam station and change skytrain at Siam station from Sukhumvit line to Silom line and dragging your bags with you around , so yes can be a bit complicated if you do not know your way around.
Dear Teya, thanks for the helpful video!
Do children pay the same fares?
if i'm not wrong, children below 100 cm or 120 cm is free. not sure how tall
@@ItsThaithings thanks 😀
You can take the BTS SkyTrain from Suvarnabhumi airport
There's no BTS skytrain from airport. Only this train on video.
I really like your video I will visit Thailand in November for first time.can I ask you info about your country? 😊
You are welcome to ask. If it just general information about Thailand it's everywhere online too
Hi! Thank you so much for this! Just a question. Can I take the ARL even if I just want to go to the next station and not to the airport? Like if I'm staying near Ratchaprarop station and I want to go to Makkasan so I can take the MRT. Is that allowed? Thanks!
Yes, You can use for every station. It stops every station.
Hellloooooooooooooooooooooooo to you. This will be my first time and I’m going to use the train. When I get to Nana station, where is a good motel to stay for a couple of days please?
You must walk around. I can't tell you. I usually have tourists who come as a couple and business people. They stayed at 4-5 stars hotel. Maybe IBIS is a good price and clean.
