Born in the 50s when we had powerful leaders like Joshua Nkomo and others, I remember the skirmishes we did with the regime before I decided to join the liberation struggle they were ugly. I never envisaged that the party led by Robert Mugabe will be so notorious and brutal to its people. Recent utterances by Mutsvangwa made me think that if it was possible to reverse age, I would call for an armed struggle to get back power that we failed to get in 1980. Let's focus on making sure I our ballot boxes are uniquely sealed. Fingers crossed ZANU PF will be history.
Calculative politician you are number 1 professor it's only that chamisa is a cobra akaoma murume iyeye anoisa bhora musango with his style of handling things in a part
Yeah that was exclusive news. I always wondered why nothing was done by the opposition during the coup. I then thought the elections were going to bring a better and democratic society.
This was complexion of average Zimbabwean when I was growing up. I'm 50 now and this is how I remember Zimbabweans looking like Now my god. You see some zimbos as dark as coal since mabhurandaya trooped.into cities since hondo ye minda True ZIMBABWEANS stand up and rise
Very important to some of us who bought the narrative that Welsh broke away from Tsvangirai because he was a CIO. If it were me I was going to do what you did Welsh.
And let us listen again and again...for the Lord has said blessed are the peace makers. Our Lord Jesus told us to forgive not 7 yet 77 times. Many Zimbabwean people are true quiet and peaceful people..this land has so been blessed.
Trevor u hate Chamisa with yr blood and passion, we know yr scale is tipped to see Chamisa lose, wapererwa, yr timing during electioneering period is worrying to say the least.
Look I respect professor for the work he has done and continues to do, however I strongly disagree that the decay started in 2016/17. The decay stay started in early 2000s. By then I remember I would tell my young brother to play outside so that the clothes on the washing line r not stolen. That’s when we started queuing for basics. Maybe for him and people of his stature they didn’t have to but the ordinary citizen was already in the mess. Can it be corrected? Unfortunately I don’t think so. Even if Chamisa comes in nothing will change. Those who are poor will continue being poor. The rich and clever will get richer as doing business will be much easier. We have lost industries which employed millions which we will never ever get back.
