I already made a new house in Kerala. But in Kerala we cannot survive just because of having a house. Cost of living is very heigh in Kerala. Most of the NRI's after making big homes in Kerala very few years they are destined to live in their own house since most of the years they are living in bachelors rooms, villas and flats in dubai ksa and Qatar etc...
Kerala still continued to be a consumer state as state itself not ceating any jobs and income especially in agriculture and industrial sect just like Tamil nadu or Maharashtra. The reason is bad policies and self caring politicians who would care only their salaries, pf, pension and retirement benefits etc. The only lucrative thing in Kerala is liquor and lottery.
The reality is Kerala would have been literally zero without NRIs remittance.

Bro I’m from Tamil Nadu. Compare to TN, here lot of opportunities in agriculture filled but most of them not utilities and focused mostly in rubber trees. I agree about IT and industry part not much development in that area. Moreover TN government’s highest income from liquor shops only. As you said, if Kerala government focus IT, industry areas, definitely it will be a best place to live and survive. Compare to Chennai, I’m happily living in Trivandrum because of the nature and loveable Kerala people.👏

@@nightshiftnari Yes you may be right. In Tvm there's some opertunities. The most pathetic areas in terms of opertunities is Keralas malabar area where religious extremism hijacked political parties. Politicians don't know whats the job creation and nation building etc..In fact in Malabar areas huge scop for turism but no initiative from politicians and policymakers to convert such possibilities in to jobs.

എന്താണ് പറഞ്ഞത് AAC block കൊണ്ട് വീട് പണിത്. എവിടെ ആണ് ഇത്‌ പണിതത്, ഇതിന്റെ rate എങ്ങനെ, ഇവരെ വിളിച്ചാൽ മതി, ഇവർ പറയുന്ന rate നെ കൊടുക്കണം,, ഒരു മാതിരി എന്തൊക്കെ കൂടുതൽ ചെയ്തുട്ടുണ്ട് എന്നു പറയുന്നത് അല്ലാതെ വ്യത്യസ്ത ഒന്നും കാണാൻ പറ്റുന്നില്ല.. ഒരു കാര്യം ചെയ്യൂമ്പോൾ അതിന്റ വില നിലവാരം എത്രത്തോളം കൂടുതൽ വേഗം ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയും എന്നൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞാൽ മാത്രമേ ആളുകൾ മുന്നോട്ടു വരുകയുള്ളു.
