@@user-mk5xk3gm3b can you please explain how they are different. I just looked for lezgi and couldn't tell apart. I could tell the music is different. Maybe some overlap in the dancing style. Forgive my ignorance but I like to learn.
@@linadavidian8848 Of course Caucasian dances are similar because it's one region and our dances evolved together but they are still different from each other. in fact we in Georgia have many different dances which are completely unique and different from one another. Lezginka is a dance of Lezgins and not all Caucasian dances are Lezginka, even tho Russians generalize it and call everything from Caucasus lezginka. I don't know what you saw but Georgian dances are very different from what people call Lezginka (aka North Caucasian dance). Watch this and if you think these dances and Lezginka are the same you need glasses. ua-cam.com/video/h64VT8sbJVw/v-deo.html
@@user-mk5xk3gm3b I can tell the difference between female dancers easily. For me the female Georgian dancers are all grace and they are sleek. Their costume style is also different. I can also tell the Georgian male costumes from the others but I need glasses for the dance style. Lol
