this instrument is an accordion, when you play it you have to inflate the bellows of the accordion, which is hard work and requires good physical fitness and training. I am a physically strong man, but I could not play the accordion without preparation, I was able to stretch the fur only a couple of times, after which my strength left me.
This choreography and synchrony is its unique level. How on earth can he play the accordion, sing, dance and even hold the smile? Thank you for lifting our souls.
Propaganda due to socialism,, and hecc even north korea does this too I know that russia is now a federalist country,, but their culture is still in tact and that very amazing
They just hide it really well. They move constantly so that the height isn't easy to distinguish. The groups that break off are part of the same side of the line, if you look closely. And they're very particular about who performs as well. You won't see a person with very long legs doing ballet very well.
I am not Russian, but I have ultimate respect to Russian's art. To me nothing is more impressive than Russian's music and dance. Just to name few: tchaikovsky, Rimsky-Korsakov, Lyadov, Rachmaninoff, and many more.

@@velvetpaws999 funny you mentioned that. Since YT suggested this video they also included a few soviet songs that I remember vaguely hearing back in the 80s as a kid. There was one song I always assumed it was just a Chinese song with a different feel to it - katyusha and it's Russian lol and there's pretty much a version of it in every language. They certainly have some powerful lungs! I think in the west, definitely in my experience in Canada during the 80s, no mention of Russian composers we only learned about French, Austrian. Not sure if the curriculum in highschool went into Russian history as I opted for drama class for my art credit which is the easiest!
you could say that about any European country with such a large population. I mean, Russia is like 2x the population size than Germany or France or Britain, etc. So naturally, Russia should also have more talented people. So its really all about statistics/population. Russia also has always been keen on impressing the world audience so the government actively encourages its talent to "win" abroad

As a Russian, I am very pleased to hear such words from foreigners, especially from countries with which we now have tense relations due to politics. I hope that our countries will make peace and that all Slavic countries will make peace in general, since we, as you said, are brothers.
As a Georgian, respect to all truly patriotic russians, few peoples on earth have so much to be proud of, literature, art, music, dance, you flourish everywhere. A great civilization of talanted hard working people. Ai molodtsi!
Russia and Georgia have always been close friends. Only today's idiots are trying to tear our friendship apart. But I'm sure we'll regain our historically good relations. It's actually pretty nice that normal citizens remain friendly towards each other.
@Fin Zen Russia and the Russian people are not defined by any one point in history, including recent history, there are many times America, Russia, and frankly every country in the world have acted in a dishonorable way (I mean dude, America withheld black civil rights till the 60s, started an illegal war with Iraq and elected an openly sexist, racist 'anti establishment' product of the establishment to the highest office) I myself am Georgian and know much of the what it means to be on the blunt side of Russian conquest, it is jarring, yet in times of pain and peril it is important not to submit to hate, especially to hate of over 100 million people who've frankly done nothing wrong. Dostoyevsky, Checkhov, Pushkin, Filosova, Akhmatova, Shostakovich, Prokofiev, Tchaikovsky, Lermontov... these genius people are not answerable to the faults of their villain countrymen, like Hemingway, Fitzgerald, Billy Holiday, Otis Redding, Maya Angelou, Twain, Sinatra are not answerable to the villainy perpetuated outside their influence. Do not discount a whole peoples on the faults of their government, if we judged every country on the basis of a roomfull of people that connived into their governance, then we would be living in a dark world indeed. Russia is an amazing nation that has produced countless wonder by the way of its devoted, visionary daughters and sons, focus on that when thinking of the people, focus on politics when thinking of politicians.
@Fin Zen worth a nuclear bomb? Nothing is worth a nuclear bomb. I know of Trump's rearrangement of the supreme and lower courts, it is beyond alarming. If you are looking for an enemy, I suggest not making an entire nation into one, that's how racism happens, do not fight racism with racism, fire with fire, when you say they have nothing to offer the world, that is your anger speaking: Russian scientists and scholars were great drivers of technological and social progress since the 18th century, that's a fact acknowledged by every academian, and you do not seem daft, so I dont expect you ignorant of this, rather, dismissive of it. There is nothing wrong with pride so long as it is not tainted with vanity, I suggest reading Pride and Prejudice, a lovely, elucidating work on the philosophy of it for a lay reader, Im currently reading it, its composition has me laughing as often as learning. Your anger is underserved by the great number of people a lot of who share your political opinions, if not your violent resolve in advocating and advancing them. I empathize with you, in the high day of the conflict between my country and Russia, I, back then an untethered child, had some ugly thoughts propelled by agonising anger, you think your country's democracy has suffered under Russia, you think your minorities have suffered under her, I do not wish to diminish your suffering into inexistence but comparatively you know little of suffering, our minorities were used as pawns and now live in occupied territories where UN is not allowed to enter for human rights observance observation, because of how God forsaken that land has become, its occupiers do not wish to display it to the world, our democracy buckles under Russian money and propaganda much less able to withstand it than the American behemoth, our borders are encroached on daily, both figuratively and literally (I suggest reading some news on this point) And yet I have learned, perhaps not as soon as I wish I had, not to blame millions of peace loving, friendly people that know nothing of my suffering, how can they be blamed for it if they know not of it, if they did not perpetrate it. As for the soldiers, internet trolls, and politicians perpetrating it, if I had faith, I would pray for them, as I would for those who are to blame from my own country.
Brava! Brava! I studied with the Royal Ballet from 6-12 and then with a former Russian prima ballerina. As much as I loved learning the classical ballets, I especially loved when Ms. Vassilieff would teach us native Russian folk dances. The music was so joyful, so infectious, I couldn't get enough. My teacher told me after class one day, "YOU have Russian soul - DA!" I think she was right because one of my favorite songs of all time is the beautiful "Moscow Nights" and my favorite classical composers are Tchaikovsky and Rachmaninoff. I absolutely love Russian music in all forms, and I LOVE the Moiseyev dancers. They are TECHNICAL PERFECTION - THE BEST! Brava, Brava, Brava...and Spasibo! 👏👏👏🌹🌹🌹

2:40 dude played an instrument, danced, and smiled simultaneously. My brain noped right outta there at the thought of all that multitasking
SO COOL!!!!
this instrument is an accordion, when you play it you have to inflate the bellows of the accordion, which is hard work and requires good physical fitness and training.
I am a physically strong man, but I could not play the accordion without preparation, I was able to stretch the fur only a couple of times, after which my strength left me.
I'm pretty sure the dancer isn't' playing the accordion, his hands weren't moving as they should have been. It's just a prop for the dance.

There is almost no height difference between any of them wtf.
They just hide it really well. They move constantly so that the height isn't easy to distinguish. The groups that break off are part of the same side of the line, if you look closely.
And they're very particular about who performs as well. You won't see a person with very long legs doing ballet very well.
Maybe it's the shoes?
It's one of the famous ballet groups in Russia, I'm pretty sure they have also height requirements in order to dance there.
In Soviet Russia, height determines you

Won't it be a secret why you call it " Ms. Vassilieff", and not by name and patronymic?
@@Крутильщиков you can absolutely say brava

🔥.Russia.
No one can dance like the Russians. They're surely among the greatest dancers on earth.
Amazing
Agreed
And then bring in flawlessly playing an accordion while smiling then we have something truly impossible to beat but for God

why is this so adorable and impressive all in one
Because it's nice to see men dancing with each other, and the training involved in that level of unison is just rare these days.

@@ExplosiveBrohoof He's definitely playing it. I'm familiar with the button accordion and you can see him hitting the correct keys and bass buttons in time with the music.
