Hi CNBC. It's just best to put the full episode here and just rely on multiple ads. It's not like people will watch it or buy it on iTunes or Netflix- not many at least. God bless, Proverbs 31
Business secretary: watch the profit, learn from the people’s mistakes and Marcus’s tips. Then start your business from their model, advise, lessons and tips in another market. Someone is buying cars in my town based off of the car buying show on the Profit.
Remember this is a scripted TV show, not a documentary. Of course CNBC is going to make him look like the greatest thing since sliced bread. If you look online, there's a whole slew of lawsuits he's fighting related to this show, because of his actions once the cameras are turned off.
@@LuckyBaldwin777 that is true but at the same time there are always two sides to everything. I actually spent a lot of time researching the lawsuits and I can tell you lawyers love to embellish and depict their clients as angels. Im not saying Mr. Lemonis is a saint but it seems that those who sue are always looking for either handouts or a free ride. Either way I agree with your general sentiment. You really cant believe what you see on reality tv.
@@adiw888 That's true. Both sides embellish and the truth lies somewhere in the middle. What surprised me the most is that the TV deals are just theater. The check gets returned and the real deal is negotiated after the cameras are turned off.
@@LuckyBaldwin777 yes I was shocked as well. In truth the check is just a prop but consider this if the business is failing and they usually call Mr Lemonis when the business is doing terribly would you want to give any money to someone like that? Usually the money is spent on renovations and for helping turnaround the business but it is 100% for television. I used to think some people can turnaround any business but yes reality tv is a waste of time.
Businesses often have a window of opportunity; if there was a sunset on the baseball souvenir company, so be it. Marcus was far too kind to these people who, per some other commenters, took advantage of his largesse.
in my restaurant all my food from sysco i 👌 keep it on my walkin 😎 cooler i never keep so the food can keep at room temperature thats how we cook it our customers love it
@@Blank123-u7m yes! And dont forget the black little boy and his mom from Corey's Cookies!! What a awful thing that some ppl just assume Markus has a prejudice when nothing could be further from the truth! He is an incredible business man, and if u have a good concept, color has nothing todo with it, Markus will invest!
In fixing business, you need to look at the company's product, people, process, and pricing.

Preach!
the daughter is the reason this is on tv
Change is inevitable for any organization to succeed in the current times.
I don't care if he took 60% of the business so long as I am able to triple + the profit more than I was doing and debt free
And.....stop half way through the episode. Great editing!
Enjoying the series and learning 😊
People want to see the entire episode..

Despite all the "problems" this was a good business run by good people. It was an interesting episode with a lot to absorb and learn.
thank you cnbc
Have a tracking system for your inventory.
Higher margins for customized items.
Drowning in debt is not good for the company.
Have an inventory system in place.
The commercial at the end makes him look so incredibly terrible
Have a system for warehousing for your manufacturing process.

Outsource processes that are not your core competence.
You gave away your kids inheritance. Not good.
I hate this CNBC Prime youtube Channel, I will never subscribe. Showing freaking 15 min of the show. Crappy!!
I think the show is very biased because you don't see him supporting any black entrepreneurs.
Tonnie's Minis and Ashtae Products? Research before running your mouth.
@@Blank123-u7m lol... 1 out of 50 .... silly you. Make yourself disappear 🎯
It would be pretty funny to see him help a crack dealer expand lol
@@cesarg2768 he must be a comedian because that's all I see is him supporting white crack dealers
