Dear Jamila, may I suggest a topic for a new video, if you don't mind? How to be a good guest if a person is visiting friends and staying with them for a week or more.
Specifically, I wonder what generous gestures from hosts _must_ be accepted and where I can act generously myself. Such a thin line, isn't it? I have been in situations where my best friend and her husband invite me and I know enjoy my company, but I am never sure if me offering to pay for groceries occasionally or pay for gas for a trip we take outside town is a good idea - or if I am achieving quite opposite - not letting them enjoy spoiling me 100%. I would appreciate if you shared the common etiquette rules for staying at a frined's home, as well as how to read the signs and navigate the situation if in a particular home the etiquette rules do not fully apply and people think I am being pretentious, in their eyes... it happens. This has puzzled me so much and is a real struggle. I love my friend and want us to enjoy the time together even more.
I have been loving what you do and advice and knowledge you share. Truly wonderful. Thank you!

I also take cod liver oil, mainly for my dry skin but I think it has good benefits for the hair too. And I consume nuts, Brazilian nuts are rich in selenium, which is great for hair. One a day gives the sufficient amount of the mineral. I also use a shower filter to protect my hair when washing it

I use a spoon of apple cider vinegar diluted in water after washing my hair. Its terrific for that. Oh, and you have great hair btw. And also, your hair line is beautiful, I never noticed anything wrong. Don't worry about that

Thank you for talking about your haircare routine, Jamila! I have a question about the Platelet Rich Procedure. Does it have any other benefits besides helping hair loss? Thank you.
I am around the age of 40 and my hair started to turn grey when I was 10! It's now maybe about 40% grey but you can only tell when it's down. I started losing hair a few years ago after a minor health issue that required a procedure and it took nearly five and a half years to start to return again.

Thank you Jamila. I am always excited to watch new videos from you. I will gladly share one product that has worked wonders for my hair : the Viviscal Women Hair Growth supplements, all natural with an exclusive marine complex. With it my hair has grown at great speed, it is stronger and I have many baby hairs in areas where I had less hair, on my temples, on the sides of the face. I also use the Mason Pearson hair brush with Pure boar bristle, great for the hair and great for massaging the scalp at the same time. I use the safe shampoo Premiere Mousse from Noire au Natural, great for curly hair with oily scalp. Much love and blessings

Thank you for your nice video! I love all of your videos.❤ I would appreciate it if you could upload a video about "hair etiquette" for different occasions. I have long hair and I like to style it but which styles are too much for work and how to maintain the hair e.g. do I have to go to WC to brush or correct my hair? Is it inappropriate to leave my long hair open at work? (Possibility of Shedding). Which hair accessories/ pins/ bands are elegant for different occasions. Also about dying hair in different colors. Because I'd like to wear wigs to explore hair colors. And what styles do you enjoy for yourself? At the moment I couldn't find many hair etiquette videos so such a video might be helpful for many people who are passionate about their hair!

Air drying might not be such a good idea compared to blow drying it though. It creates easily bacteria and infections in your scalp which can lead to headaches later in life. Also what is better than PRP treatment and keep relying on taking supplements is to improve your digestive system directly so you are able to producer the minerals and enough blood cells to your scalp yourself. This can be done with acupuncture and Chinese herbs 🌿
