    I’m sure this probably is a good recipe but I was looking for one from scratch. If I have to buy the syrup to make the candy. I might as well just buy the candy probably it’s cheaper too!

      Hi there! This recipe was created for folks that have bought our syrups or honey and wanted a fun project to make out of it. We love making recipes for our community, especially fun ones like candy making. If you choose to buy from us to make the candy that's awesome, if not we understand!

      extracts are your best friend! there's a lot of great ones out there. you can also use our flavoring syrups (we have a peppermint that might be fun)

    This video was made 2 years ago! I want to say that your syrups have changed since then? I don't see the peach syrup or chocolate or others I think I used to see. i used to order some that were soooooo thick! YUM! Which I believe would be perfect for this candy. Are these new syrups thick like the old ones? Will they still work for this candy recipe?? Thanks for your time

      Hey there! Our syrup line up has changed slightly however our honey and maple syrups will work well in this recipe. Hope that helps 💕

    I am in Canada, and finding ChocZero products is darn near impossible.
    Recently, I placed an order through the US....but now these same products have drastically increased in price..... Though not the American prices.

      Hey there! We're unable to ship directly to Canada due to laws surrounding monk fruit as a table top sweetener.
      We'd like to know more about the pricing you're seeing because we've honestly lowered the prices on a lot of our products in our online store. Are you ordering directly from ChocZero or from one of our online partners like Netrition or iHerb?

    Hi, I want to make butterscotch candies and lollipops.
    How do I adjust the recipe?
    I like your products. But, here in Fresno California only the chocolate squares and almonds are available in stores.
    Are there any stores near me that sell more than that?
    Also, could you please explain how your honey is worth three times the calories of Wholesome Yum's honey?
    Is it more delicious? Will it improve my life three times more?
    Thank you.
    Also, which butter and sweetener will make it delicious like your caramels?
    Extra also, please sell your caramels in a sack. Because, I could eat those all day, every day. However, the current price is too high for me to be able to substitute carmel as my main nutrient.
    Thank you.

      Hi there! This recipe was made for fruit flavored candy. If you’re looking to make butterscotch type lollipops, you could melt down our caramels, spread thinly on a baking sheet and then insert the lollipop stick and let cool. We also have butterscotch white chocolate chips that would be great if you want to make fudge!
      We know there’s nothing like popping into your local store and picking up your fav’s so we’re working hard to get more products out there. You should be able to find some of our Bark Varieties, Syrup, PB Cups and Baking Chips locally. It does vary a bit store to store but we’ve got a store locator on our website. We’re also on Amazon and of course, you can order directly from us.
      Our honey not only tastes great but it will also make you 10 years younger. Just kidding! It does taste great but it’s all a matter of preference. I can’t say if it will improve your life by three times but if you’re not satisfied with the taste then we are always happy to make it right. As for the difference in calories, the calories in our products come from the prebiotic dietary fiber. We like to add fiber to our products because it helps you stay full longer and promotes good gut health. The small amount of extra calories has a big impact on fullness in our experience, which is important when you’re living a low carb lifestyle.
      We agree, the caramels are so good that it’s hard to stop at one or two. We packed them into a 9oz jar so you could buy more for less, but we totally understand wanting a even bigger bulk option. We know money’s tight right now with high grocery prices, so we try to keep our prices reasonable and run sales whenever we’re able. On Amazon, we do have a subscribe and save for the caramels that could help out!
      In regards to the sweetener, we aren’t able to recommend specific brands however Amazon has some great options or you can check out your local health store. As for the butter, we just use plain old regular butter.

    12/20/22. ChocZero is Always out of vanilla syrup! When will it be in stock so I can make the candy. Other syrups are too thin.

      @@ChocZero but which recipe would you use? The hard candy recipe and add vanilla baking soda? That was really my question.

    • @ChocZero
      @ChocZero  2 роки тому

      @@melissacann2058 Absolutely! We don't have a recipe for this, but this candy recipe just may work! Another option is to heat our caramel syrup over medium heat until it bubbles and foams (make sure it gets this hot!) and then pour it over the popcorn and let it cool & harden. This is how we make peanut brittle as well 😋 Last option might be to make the sugar free caramel sauce we use in this recipe and try it out with baking soda coating the popcorn! www.choczero.com/blogs/recipes/keto-white-chocolate-caramel-blondies

    Monkfruit crystallizes when heated. How does it harden then??

    • @ChocZero
      @ChocZero  10 місяців тому

      Hi there! Our syrups are designed to behave similar to full sugar syrup when it comes to baking and making candies. This means it can harden when mixed over heat...we've used it to make peanut brittle as well and it turned out wonderful. Most crystallization actually happens due to monk fruit blends containing erythritol, so if you have issues with this recipe we suggest cutting back on the extra sweetener added in. We've tested this recipe and seen other folks use it as well, so the trick is to work quickly to get the mixture in the molds once its ready.
