Never owned a sailboat, but it takes no genius to see that this boat needs a lot of work to get it truly seaworthy. Most of the sheets look old, a lot of wood needed to be replaced, signs of at least one interior water leak, bad through-holes, portholes, toilet probably needs to be replaced, I'd be willing to bet if you sprayed water on the exterior, you would find several interior leaks, clearly this boat has been neglected for a considerable amount of time.
